I hate going to hardware stores because there are so many choices. Sam, an employee, helped me navigate plumbing so that I could build a solar fountain.

Andrea went out of her way to ensure our timelines were met, even though the delay was a misunderstanding on our part. Her professionalism, knowledge and kindness saved the day!

Andrea walked us through the process of choosing flooring from beginning to end. She understood our needs and showed us products that fit our budget and preferences. We could not be more thankful for all the help she afforded us. She was also very knowledgeable about other departments, which came in handy while were browsing for other products. Hopefully you'll get to meet and work with Andrea also. Good luck!

Quick in quick out easy shopping

I purchased a smart thermostat and both Brianna and Avery were super helpful to find the right model to meet my needs and ensure that the pricing and warranty processes were available and helpful.

Very glad to have them available in a rather remote location like Flagstaff, AZ. The staff including customer service is friendly and knowledgeable, they will go to some trouble to check their inventory and locate a product. The facility is clean, easy to get around.

I had great customer service from Tyler ( cutting our wood) & Aron at the checkout. Thanks gentlemen. You more than made up for one rude employee.

I enjoy going to Home Depot when I need products to build with, or repair anything with, because I find what I need and haven't had to wait in lines for too long. The service people are cheerful and helpful in finding just what I need.

The cashier Phillip was so funny, quick and helpful. I generally use self checkout, but he is a perfect example of how machines can't replace people.

I have been shopping at the Flagstaff East store for going on two years now. I have never been disappointed when shopping here - the store is always neat, clean, well-lit and easy to navigate. The staff has always been super helpful and seems genuinely interested in making sure you've found what you want. I also shop at another store near my other home in Florida, and it's no comparison (and could use some direction from Flagstaff East on how to do things right!) to this store, it's like a totally different place/experience.

Associate DP helped me get a Washer and Dryer for my knew home along with protection for it.

Employees are willing to go the extra mile to order your product if need be. Great quality when dealing with the public..

Be sure to research every plant you purchase as many are extremely toxic to both humans and animals. We had no clue, planted them with 5 children in our household only to find out they can cause serious harm leading to hospitalization. MOD Julie had zero apologies for this situation.
