I shop this Home Depot regularly(usually once or twice a week). On this occasion I was looking for some small diameter wire rope for the door openers on a 1936 Chevy that I am building. I asked for some assistance and a store associate was sent to help me. When the store associate came, he told me his name was Jeff and asked me if I needed help. I told him I needed some wire rope cut. After Jeff cut the cable for me, I asked him about clamps. He not only recommended a set of wire rope clamps but shared his personl experience with them and assured me that they would be excellent for my needs. Jeff was kind and very helpful. I really appreciate that kind of service. Thank you Jeff!

I have almost always gotten the product that I was looking for. It would be helpful if you had more people to help in the store. I shop there about 3 times a week. Even during the covid crisis your store had what I needed after they opened back up. Thanks for being there when we need you!

The only reason I gave this store a 4 was due to the aisles ALWAYS being cluttered with stock. Sometimes I can not even get a cart through and have to turn around, or come into the aisle from the opposite direction. Employees are extremely helpful and friendly and the checkout process is usually quick and easy.

The store was clean, everything was organized the employees were very helpful asking us if we needed anything or needed help they are kid friendly.

This is one of the best Home Depot's . The managers are helpful and the associates are helpful and friendly.

Love this store and the convenience of the location. Would really like to see more employees available to assist customers especially those that have questions.

Approachable, informed, and accommodating employees. I had fun spending money, as these gardening area folks were AWESOME. The ladies ROCKED, as they were using the forklift, stacking product in my truck so it wouldn't damage the truck bed. I had a lot of pavers!

Buy your major appliances elsewhere because the customer service in this area is all but nonexistent. The employees were not helpful at all and acted bothered by my potential purchase.

When I was puzzled at what I was looking for, an employee immediately stepped in an assisted me. They were able to ans. my questions about my sprinkler system and turned a 2 day job for me haha into 4 hours. Loved the experience

Not sure what's happening with this store but it was my go to location. Not anymore. The last three times I've been in it has been chaotic, employees standing around, no offers of help, carts and flats full of inventory to the extent the none where available for customers. Asiles blocked with inventory. Basically an unnecessary hassle.

The item I wanted wasn't in stock and unfortunately could not be ordered. But I found another and the salesperson was great! He ordered the items, checked me out in the department and thoroughly explained the delivery/setup process.

Best Store in the Area hands down - senior specialists in every department are a nice addition to frustrating inexperienced undertrained folks at the other competing stores of this type.

All the employees I have talked to are very helpful. If you ask where something is located most of the time instead of telling you, they walk you to the item.

On December 8 2020 I visited this store to obtain items I needed to complete a project I was working on. I didn't have to go looking for an associate to answer my questions. A young man, (HD associate) approached me as I was looking over the big light wall trying to find the products I needed for my project. When I told him what I was looking for he suggested I needed to talk to John. The young man left the area and returned quickly with John. John was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. I saved money because John knew exactly what I needed.

I have been shopping at this store for 15 years. The staff is very helpful and some of them know me by name, because I am there so much. The store is always clean, items are stocked, and I can find help when I need it. Recently I had an issue with an on-line order. I was shipped the wrong item. I went to HD and returned my item. They did not have the item I ordered in the store, so the customer service team: Hannah and Fhelesha, gave me a discount on a different model that they had in the store, than what I originally ordered on-line. I was very thankful to them, because I was able to walk out that day with the tool I needed for the project I was working on. The customer service team at this location is 2nd to none!

Had the best experience spending my afternoon buying all new appliances for my kitchen. A great Christmas and Birthday gift. Paulyn was a joy to work with. I had no trouble finding the items I wanted and as I am disabled and need to use an electric shopping cart I was very pleased to see that the store had several carts available. The store was neat and clean and the Christmas display was so nice. All the employees were very friendly and helpful from the gentleman who helped me with the electric shopping cart to the employees in the appliance department. I am very pleased with my experience.

Has the widest variety of products, is very well organized, the people are friendly and respectful, overall it is a pleasure to shop there.

I was working on a bathroom project. Kristen in the paint department was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to make sure I had the right products for my project and even looked up a product in the computer to find out if Home Depot carried it for me. I appreciated her patience, help, and knowledge.

Mike is an outstanding employee. He went out of his way to ensure I found everything I needed. And he recommended the best products to complete my job. I will be back to shop at the Fleming Island store because of Mike!

Home Depot has a mandatory mask policy that is not being enforced. When I asked, "Who is supposed to enforce it?" I was told, "Corporate". The cashier I spoke to said they were told that not upsetting the customers is more important than the mandate. Well, I was pretty upset since I expected to be safe shopping and was not. At least a dozen customers were not masked and several were interacting with employees.
