Noone wants to go and spend a lot of money and wait a long time and be treated poorly and I can guarantee you if you encounter any of these employees they will make your shopping experience the best possible they’ve helped me so much and I’m extremely grateful for them.

Great selection of cabinets, prices are still affordable along with either special promotions or using my Veteran discount really helps me in business.

THE WORKERS IN THIS STORE WAS GREAT. EVEN BEING SHORT-STAFFED THEY WORKED GREAT AS A TEAM. AND JUNE, SHAWANNA, AND SHELLEI WAS GREAT.

The employees at the Home Depot in Florence was very friend towards the customers and to each other as well. This made shopping very pleasant for those traveling from out of town.

The store was clean, well stocked and especially the staff were helpful

At first while shopping at this store, it was a bit frustrating because the store seemed very short staffed. I came to get some keys made and asked three different associates if they could help me. The associates were busy assisting other customers and were not able to call help at the key desk. However, I saw an associate who was over by the self checkouts and asked him if he could find help for me. Without any hesitation, he jumped up and told me he could help. Even on the way to the key center, he stopped to help a gentleman at the self checkouts who was having troubles paying. The associate, Dean from Garden Center, was extremely helpful, polite, and is definitely a great asset to your store. Please acknowledge him for his hard work and absolute dedication to the Home Depot Brand.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The staff helped me find the items I needed. Tracey, the cashier was especially helpful.

We were shopping for a riding mower and after visiting 2 other home improvement stores then we went to homedepo. What a pleasant shopping experience. We were greeted the minute we walked in and then we found Allen (the assignment manager)in the lawn mower department. He took his time and answered all of our questions. We purchased the mower. Allen has amazing customer service skills. I know where to go next time I need something. Well worth the drive from Sumter to Florence. Our mower was delivered today and we were just as satisfied with the delivery guy as well. Thanks again for an awesome shopping experience. Don't want to leave the ladies in customer service out. 5 star service all the way through

Excellent service . The person Mia who placed my order was kind and courteous. Employee took pride in her job and it my my visit excellent.

I would say that this store in Florence SC went above and beyond to make sure that I found the product I was looking for, and even went as far what and asked what I was going to be doing with it, and even explained other products that may have helped me even better.

This store is clean, organized and well managed. To me it's all about the management. Check it out for yourself!

This store is staffed by friendly caring people. Also, if they have what you are looking for, there is a better than 50% chance that it is cheaper than you can find it any place else. Great place to shop.
