The associates in this store are very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Every associate I have encountered when I have entered has always been willing to help me and if they do not know the answer they always find someone who does. It is nice to walk into a store and be able to receive assistance without feeling like you are "nagging" someone at their job. Thanks to the associates I continue to return for my home needs.

Store was clean..

I have to go to this store as it’s the closest to Key Largo, but it’s not my first choice. The inventory in the garden area is lackluster, the lawnmowers are in disrepair and dirty and the employees don’t seem to care a bit for the satisfaction or quick service of their customers. Overall I got the impression that my presence as a shopper was a nuisance. Not a great long term strategy for a retail business.

Not very helpful store associates. I waited for someone to help in flooring and only one that asked if I wanted help was the home services guy. Then when the patio furniture that was on the floor was not in stock, they would not sell what was on the floor.

Very helpful cashiers. Clean store, with a lot of wood for my fence.

Associates were very friendly. I needed assistance with tiles and I was immediately referred to Shakena. We ended up spending 5 hours in the store choosing tiles for our entire house. She was very patient and helpful and got other agents to help when she wasn't familiar with for eg. Electrical items. I have been in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years and she is a true customer service professional. Need tiles.... Ask for Shakena :) . A suggestion is to offer complimentary snacks, tea, water, coffee for shoppers spending more than 3 hours in the store.
