This is a fabulous store. The reason is not the product because I can get the same products almost everywhere. So why do I shop at the Forest Lake Home Depot? It's because of the employees. Virtually every time I enter the store I am greeted. Employees have always been helpful in finding a needed product. Cashiers have been over-the-top with courtesy and always thank me for shopping there. That's what it takes to be a successful business. Thank you EACH ONE OF YOU!

Cara in kitchen and bath was awesome to work with. She was very helpful with her opinion and was very nice. We left satisfied with a new washer and dryer!

The store is very clean and friendly service. Good quality merchandise. Found what we were looking for all put together.

I needed to buy a hot water heater and I was shopping all the stores. I got all my questions answered by Bobby in plumbing. He helped me with the hot water heater and all the plumbing needs (water and chimney). So I bought it all there. Thanks again Bobby fur all three help.

Employees in Garden /center are very accommodating and helpful

The staff was polite dealing with my exchange. Vance who I worked on with my exchange on the phone was off so the other staff helped including the manager. Home Depot should consider building a store in St Croix as there would be an excellent market there.

If you ever go to Home Depot in Forest Lake Minnesota look for Colton he will take good care of you and Erica is an awesome cashier I have never ever seen two wonderful and awesome employees in my life thank you

For some reason they do not have cashiers for a portion of the day, you were expected to check yourself out on an over sensitive machine that needs somebody to come over and assist you anyways. Friendly people helping you throughout the store , then no cashiers to be found, 4 machines that every person was struggling with. Wanted to get in and get out,nope not today

Finally a home improvement/home project store with enough knowledgeable staff to assist even a beginner or new home owner with any needs or answer questions. It was also nice to hear from several employees "Thank you for your service" when they noticed I was a Vietnam vet. My purchase looked like it had been previously opened and the checkout clerk looked inside to be sure everything was still in the package.

This store is fantriffic! Because, the employees are absolutely wonderful. I am greeted at the door and there is always someone available to help me find something. Cashiers are very helpful with self checkout!

My wife and I spent a good 2 days shopping around for a New Dishwasher. We don't mind hand washing so we don't care if the product is in stock or has to be ordered, we had a brand in-mind and after reading several reviews on the Bosch 800 Series Dishwasher we knew this was the one we wanted. What brought us back to this Home Depot was the level of poduct knowledge and the customer service fealt genuine and real , there was no pressure to buy same day, and any questions we had Bethany was willing to answer. When she did not know the answer she looked it up instead of just teling me she did not know the answer. The level of service and commitment to the customer was what made us want to purchase from this location.

I have been very impressed in my last several visits by the friendliness and availability of help in the departments (as opposed to the home improvement store across the street). I have found great pricing on several of the last items I have purchased there. On my my last visit to the store, I experienced genuine care and service in solving my problem such as I have not seen anywhere in years. Thank you Home Depot employees!

Home Depot is my favorite Tool/Lumber yard store. The employees are always friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to help you. And I always save money here because the prices are great AND because I always get a 10% discount because I'm a veteran. THANK YOU Home Depot!

Every single time I’ve come to the store I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. This visit was due to my garage door breaking for the second time in the last month.. not a great day! This time I had done online research, and forgot to check online to see if it was sold in store. After realizing that the product was not sold in stores, a wonderful associate helped do some research on the spot and assisted me with picking out another product for my project. After this he helped me with getting the large awkward box into my cart and then made sure I had everything I needed for the job. The store offered a discount/coupon... helping to save money. I cannot tell you how that random act of kindness just made my day. I will continue shopping here, and encourage you to do so as well. Thanks Skip

Just stay away from the paint dept. We went to get 1 qt of paint. I was told 15 minutes. When we went back, Twila said it was in the "que". It wasn't, she just didn't do it. I waited another 10 minutes. Btw, we were the only customers there at the time. She stood there and shook the paint with her hands.I suggested she put it in the machine so it could get shaken better (novel idea). She put a dot on the lid, gave it to me wet (didn't even try to dry it) and I found out the hard way she didn't screw the lid back on. She was rude and if she's working again, I won't go there. They need to work harder on customer service. She needs to be removed from that dept. immediately !!!

Tom in Millwork is awesome. This Big Box store has a very personal side to it through its employees interaction with the customers
