It's so nice and convenient to shop and the newly repaired store. It suffered several tornado damage and was out of business for many months. I primarily shop at this store and missed it immeasurably. Happy to have it back! J.P. Miller

Encyclopedia of knowledge is a guy named Travis, ask for him.

The Home Depot app was sending me to a different section of the store to find the item but a store associate was able to direct me exactly to were the product was exactly in seconds. Don't recall his name but it was very helpful because I needed to go Install Shims immediately after buying. The associate also followed up and asked if there was anything else I needed.

Nice clean store rebuilt after 2019 tornado into a modern organized Home Depot. Employees are helpful and polite willing to assist if asked. More than at other Home Depots in the area. Would like to see ALL HDs be more attentive to seniors in general.

The young lady checking me out was on speaker phone with a friend while ringing me up. Apparently, her friend wants a new car for her birthday. Hope she gets it.

THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT IN OFFERING GOOD ADVICE WITH A SMILE.

Only go to this store if you know exactly what you need, exactly where it is in the store, have no questions & need zero help with anything. If you see anyone on the floor, there is either a crowd around them waiting to be next or they are walking away & avoiding any customer contact. They take 'do it yourself' to a whole other limit.

I was pleased to see the store had reopened after the old one was destroyed by a tornado. It is excellent and clean (even the bathroom). I enjoy shopping there.

I enjoy the store more when I see Mr. Jonathan in the front greeting customers or helping out a customer or jumping on a cash register when there is a long line at self check out. Since re-opening the store After the tornado for a year, the store has reopened - Everyone should go visit for sure. The staff is professional and the store is so organized and clean. You don’t feel like you’re living in Covid although everyone takes very safe precautions. It’s actually just a nice place just to get out the house and walk around, As long as you purchase something. There is a lot of police and criminal enforcement . not a place where you want to commit crimes. I guess it’s because of the high crime area where it’s located. I’m not sure

I'm not a fanatic but when I walked in the store and saw multiple people without masks and multiple employees with their masks pulled fully down when the county requires them in all retail facilities and the Covid numbers are at an all time high I turned around and walked out. I figure my son-in-law, an emergency doctor at the largest county hospital, will be seeing some of them soon!

This is a new store laid out differently and is well stocked and staffed by trained and willing people who are polite and anxioust to help

The newly remodeled Home Depot store on Forest Lane is awesome! It is clean, fully stocked and super organized. Home Depot did a great job remodeling this store after the tornado.

So Happy our neighborhood Home Depot is back open after the October Tornado in 2019.
