Ask for Issac. He stops what he's doing and will help you even if it isn't his department. Such a kind man and always a smile. True customer service. It's so hard to find people like him.

The customer service person showed me different types of washing machines and the one I ended up purchasing was PERFECT!

Bought in-store, on credit a touch key-pad for garage door. Item did not work. Later same day I returned item to the same store. I was told I would see credit for return amount on my credit card. No return amount has been seen on my credit card. Alerted credit card company that I am disputing original charge because there should be a matching return amount.

There is another Home Depot convenient to Route 3 in Fredericksburg. It is just off 95 on 3 east. I have been there many times!

I brought a storm door, had no idea what I need or the kind I wanted. The employees was great in assisting. Answered all my questions and made sure I knew that they would install if I didn’t have anyone to do so.

If you are trying to have your paint matched don’t buy from here they charge you more then what the gallon is advertised as better to go to another store.

Sean and Marcia were wonderful professionals in assisting my husband and I in finding a way to purchase a new washer and dryer with financing as well as assisting with finding a flexible way of ensuring our family can receive it as we move/PCS to a new duty station. Initially when presented with the question, Sean didn't have the immediate answer. However by Sean staying persistent with finding a solution and asking Marcia, both were able to find a solution that worked. Thank you!

I had several items to pick up from homedepot on October 2nd. The Fredericksburg store staff were friendly, efficient, helpful. I was in and out in no time. Great store associates and a well stocked store.

Not only were the shelves not stocked with product that was clearing stock. (You could see it above the shelves in the shipping packages.) Customer service was rude and the employees were annoyed that they were being interrupted from their gossiping to order the product I needed.

I had a great Shopping trip on Monday May 24,2021 with Ann in the kitchen department, she was very knowledgeable, funny & kind.. and she took out the time to help my husband & I.. The worst experience that I had was Tuesday the 25th was when I went back to the store to get the Special Service employee Vivianna to call the credit card company about my coupon I left at home. It was a complete nightmare.. & this trip turned into an hour & half later in the store.. with a changed delivery appointment.. refunded my sale & rang it up again.instead of making one phone call to the Credit Card company like the gentleman told me to tell the employee what to do.. she told me.. I got this & we don’t do this here & she was incorrect.. In the end Ann in kitchens ending up ringing up my merchandise again.. Ann told her the same thing I told her. If you need any help in kitchens run to Ann. It was the worst experience in years that I have ever experienced at a store.. They need to take Viviann off the desk & she needs more training.. I’m very angry.. now I have to be inconvenienced because Viviann didn’t have knowledge about what she was doing..
