I bought wood cutting machine and I’m very satisfied and happy

For 4 years now I have been coming to the 625 S Placentia location in Fullerton Ca. I first met Kenna in gardening and she helped me with yard repellent that connects to my hose "Spectracide 32 oz." 4 years later she still helps me with the product and SO MUCH MORE. she is always smiling and has banter that radiates from her. anytime Im at the store I always look for her, even when I need nothing from the Gardening Dept, Also Shout out to my Sale Cashier too Sandra, shes a Gem and Super nice!

Great store. Frankie was helpful with my home projects. I will definitely make this my home store.

I went in to look at my options for cabinets as i am looking to build a pantry in my kitchen. After completing my purchase of a couple items a Milwaukee pack out some cleaning supplies a light fixture at selfcheck. I was helped by LynnAnn who was excellent. I was already to the door when i hear a lady say i need to see your receipt. Her name was Jennifer. I got my receipt from my husband who was already outside with my toddler and asked her what are you looking for she had no response or answer i said ok then i want my receipt if your done i have very few items i grabbed my receipt and proceeded to load my products in my car i went back in to ask for a manager or a number i can reach someone as i do t believe it was right that this lady held me at the door when i just paid. I want to know was this appropriate do you do this to all your customers. Because when i walked back in she was huddled up with about 5 employees at the self check. No one else helped me but Lynnann i feel embarrassed by this may not even want to return to this location. Especially when going back in the store and seeing all those workers all around the area talking to eachother that was very unprofessional of the lady Jennifer. I feel sterotyped and discriminated against.

I usually shop in the AM and I see the same smiling faces and a warm welcome. Great way to start a day. Francine and Areli are alway cheerful and happy.

I shop in this area and they are so friendly and quick to help. All the people there are so nice and the parking lot is so clean and trash-free.

Julie at pro service is, so nice she makes things so much easier, faster and always in a good mood.

The personal at tool rental need education on better customer service..

When getting grass seed, check to make sure you don't bring home a bag that has been chewed up by rats, or peed/pooped on. You defiantly don't want to bring that into your car/home.

Went to the store based on app info. App stated item location and quantity on hand. What I needed was not there. Store employee was paged for assistance. They could not find the item nor could she find any information on the I store handheld device she had on hand. Very disappointed.

Winning team of Priscilla, Tanya & Bobbie in the Appliance Department made our experience painless. We were in need of a washer and dryer for our vacation home and Priscilla, Tanya and Bobbie showed us the line of products on the floor. After providing their personal insights on the products we bought the GE Profile 2 in 1 washer/dryer and purchased that after learning all new dryers in the garage require a pedestal…. We also bought the GE Profile washer for our home due to Tanya’s personal recommendation based on the fact she owns one herself. All three ladies were helpful and patient. They embody the Home Depot spirit.

Due to recent remodeling, my husband & I have been shopping around nearby Home Depots, and noted this Fullerton (#6893) location provides more product selections. One of my contractors was shortage on bathroom tiles, I recommended this location, and he was able to find them in stock. Finished work without delay!

We shop here alot . We have bought everything from appliances to light bulbs and always have been satisfied.

Recently I bought a bottled water dispenser, a chest freezer, and a refrigerator. the specialist was very helpful and friendly, he help me to buy the right one for my need.

Yeah, now I can really talk!! About 10 months ago I bought a 20" hanging basket. I put it to one side until I needed it. Now I do. I needed 3. So I went to the Home Depot of this receipt and bought 2 more. I found that 2 new ones Had much thinner metal in the top hook, chains, and attaching clip hooks. So thin that when I filled them with dirt and my plant, the fittings (top hook and clips) totally failed. The top hook straightened and basket dropped to the ground. The earlier purchased did not collapse.

The people working there are amazing. I enjoy shopping and interacting with them.

Had the best shopping experience in my entire life - this is not an exaggeration. I am 54 and the gentleman that assisted me to purchase my lawnmower and weed Wacker went far and beyond with helping me to decide which to buy. I had many questions and he was patient, very knowledgeable and I can tell he really cared and enjoyed his job. I think his name is Jacob but now too many days passed and I am not sure his name. Anyway he helped purchase and load items in my car. A very valuable employee. Thanks much! David
