Two store employees sent me on a wild goose chase. Went to a third employee at the self checkout stand. She checked the in-store computer and hand held machine. Store didn't even carry the item. The first two employees need to be retrained on customer service.

The exterior of this store is dirty and looks seedy. In contrast, the inside is clean and the staff is very friendly. I had a pleasant experience shopping here while the sun was out. As a female, however, I wouldn't feel safe shopping here in the evening.

They have the wrong items on the sales rack/tag and won't give the customers the sales price, even when they see for them self's it's the wrong items on the sales rack

If you ever visit the Gardena CA, Home Depot ask for assistance from Ms. JINA. She was a joy to work with. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She gets you in and out. Might I add while Jina was helping me an older gentleman walked up and spoke to her and asked if she remembered him from his last visit. He went on to compliment her on what a great help she was to him. That speaks volumes. This tells me that she treats all her customers the same, with excellence. Home Depot please promote this young lady to management because she deserves it.

Mari at the Service desk is amazing! She was able to help me find concrete retaining wall blocks that did not even show as available online but were in inventory. She fixed everything and arranged for delivery. She is excellent at customer service and should be praised and rewarded for such great work! Personally I think she would make wonderful manager!

The employees are always helpful. Many times I ask for something and the associate takes me to the product. If not, it still amazes me that many associates can tell me exactly what aisle number to look for, for any product not just in their department. Cashiers are very friendly.

Ruben in plumbing went the extra mile for me to make sure that I purchased the correct parts.

This store has lost control of its parking lot. If you are looking for a trash removal company on site, then you are in luck as there are quite a few large and small trucks parked all over the lot, and crowded at the entrances. They don't seem to do a good job at parking and take up more than one spot per vehicle, and not too many customers park between them, so they are easily recognizable and are easily distinguished from customer trucks. You on the other hand may have to park a bit away to get to the store - and be careful when leaving as their workers all seem to have social gatherings by the gate. If you have a trailer or RV that you are tired of paying for parking, bring it on over and park during the day in this Home Depot's lot, as they don't seem to care to police the lot.

This store has a different layout than most Home Depot's, but the employees are all helpful and smiling. It is also less noisy than other Home Depots because it has more room.

Oscar went above+beyond in customer service, I was very pleased! I asked if he can tell me where the salt for water softener is, he told me and then offered to could walk me to the location. He noticed my two small children with me and asked me if I knew about Kids Workshops- He was very nice, telling me about the great programs Home Depot has. He then showed me to the salt and I couldn't find the item I saw online- realizing my concern was price he offered to price match due to not in stock. Thank you very much for your kind concern and meeting my needs.

Convenient location right out 110 & 91 I would like to see improvement in customer service on my next stop for now I just prefer to avoid another mistreatment by employees

Store associate KIMBERLY at the return desk is very rude, nasty, and condescending. In my opinion, she acts as if she is the CEO of the company, but has to lower herself and wait on customers.

Came to get a manual push non gas-powered lawn mower and found one for $99. Located it easily without assistance.

I love this home depot. I have to say very disappointed withcashier Estefania. When ask for help i had to ask twice and she did it with a attitude. Didn't ask us or said anything. She did the same with another customer when he was asking how to used a self check out. She was talking from a distance. All he wanted was forherto showhim how. She look upset, when he said never mind ill get in line. she decided to help but by than too late.

Customer service is the key of success and the employees are amazing
