I live closer to another Home Depot, but rather go to the Gilbert Home Depot located on Val vista and warner because I know I’m going to get friendly customer service every time.

The clerk that assisted me made every effort to find the item that I was looking for. Even though it was not on the shelf where it was supposed to be and the computer showed that there were supposed to be 29 in stock, she made the extra effort until she located them.

The quality of products and the personal make this a great store.

Bob was extremely helpful a the checkout!

Ed in the Appliance department and Austin in the Blind department are courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and very willing to answer questions.

We purchased a dishwasher which was fine. The associate was adequate at best. We wanted to order doors. We were disappointed because HD apparently does not staff Millworks after 5 pm and does not know when someone will be there so we can go there to order them. I have not been this disappointed with a trip to HD in a very long time.

With such a Great Experience working with Maylee, we would happily come back and order again!

I have shopped at this store since it opened and the employees the condition of the store the help that you receive the knowledge of the associates is second to none this is the best store the best Home Depot I've ever been I love it!

Glad I found the product it helps me with Epson salt baths shop at Home Depot right now I’ve got a couple credit cards some people are just rude all I did was ask him a question and he snapped at me others don’t go out of your way to help me One man’s name was Pat I liked and had a sense of humor that was important

Excellent customer service by Jessica in flooring this evening. Made a large purchase and she made it much more comfortable. Professional and knowledgable. I highly recommend.

Many options are available, however, very few can be bought and taken home the same day. Home Depot's strategy is to lease out space to the manufacturer for display and pricing. Linda the sales rep. had explained all this up front but was still able to offer a number of products that were available for pick up.

The employees seemed to be much more helpful and really care and pay attention to what I was looking for and it seemed like there were many more employees walking around to help not like before when I used to walk every isle and no one was ever there and if they were they would walk the other way and never even make eye contact or ask if you needed some help. In these hard times when everyone seems angry and rude it's nice to go somewhere where you feel wanted. Thank you!

Very good lighting and fan stock.

This was our first time buying appliances for our home. We had selected the bundle we wanted right away but were disappointed to see it was out of stock. Instead of leaving it at The cashier went above and beyond helping us find more options and even better delivery times for appliances. We only had a small amount of time to lock down a deal and the cashier took our time commitment into consideration and got us processed as quickly as possible, making no mistakes. It was a FANTASTIC experience!!

Thank you Fred for finding my dream Christmas tree! You never gave up on me and after a long search you not only found the tree but got the forklift yourself to retrieve it for our family! You saved our Christmas and we appreciate the excellent customer service! We will see you again soon on another Home Depot shopping trip! Merry Christmas!

Employees are so friendly and helpful!

I stopped in unexpectedly to purchase a plant but realized at checkout that I did not have my wallet. When I asked if the store accepted Applepay, which they did not, an employee named Jordan asked me to wait and he would be right back. The cashier, Taylar, engaged in friendly conversation with me while Jordan was gone. We both assumed he must be getting a handheld device that accepted Applepay. When Jordan returned, he inserted a credit card in the machine and told me to have a nice day. He had gone to his locker to get his own wallet and paid for my plant! This completely made my day and is something I will never forget! Thank you, Jordan, for your kindness!

I’m sure you know by now that Linda Smith is a real asset. I saw the 15 year award on the wall by her desk. She was so efficient and heard me. I came in for a washing machine and clearly had done my homework, looking at Home Depot online before coming in. Please pass along to her that she is appreciated for her efficiency, knowledge and professionalism.

I cannot believe how many employees are available to help you right away! Everyone is so friendly. When I use the self checkout there is alway someone to help if needed. Prices are excellent. love the VA discount. Wish they also had a senior discount

Mike was extremely rude and condescending. I have been coming to this store since it was built and I have never been treated this badly. I won't stop going to this Home Depot because it is just too convenient. But if I ever see Mike there, I will avoid him like the plague. If he asks me if I need help, I will tell him that he had his chance and blew it. Anyone but Mike.
