Loved the variety of plants and flowers. Asked three different people at different times for items and received help and answers. Just a great store!

This store is wonderful, helpful personnel, and carries items important to me. I was unimpressed with the President of the company, or CEO when the new income tax reform started by saying the people getting 50¢ a week increase in their pay is good enough and should be happy with it. What a jerk! Too bad he is in charge of a company that employs so many great people. Just because he got the best deal of anyone working at Home Depot, he should just shut up.

Employees greet you with a smile and help with finding what ever it is your looking for

The associates in appliances were great but didn't have that kind of luck in the plumbing dept.

I love this store. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I always come in here with scattered plans, and three kids, and usually end up leaving with a plan and supplies because the employees take the time to help me make a plan and show me what supplies I need. Employees will walk me to the product. It feels like they really want to help me. Not just ' doing their job'. Store is clean and well stocked. I would recommend this store.

The Rigid tools I was looking for were easily found in the store. The employees at the store were very helpful with my needs. The store was very clean and orderly. All assistance I received in the store was vey helpful, friendly and cheerful, ( Very Enjoyable).

The Gillette Wy. Home Depot is always a pleasant place to shop, even if we need to drive the 90 miles from our ranch, I appreciate the VERY Helpful employees, the ease of finding HIGH QUALITY materials, tools and items we need to run our ranch and help our neighbors

The store is clean. There are several associates who are very helpful and there are several who are not! Lyndy was my cashier at the Service Desk and she was sitting on a stool texting when I got to the counter she was talking to another young dark haired associate who was also texting. A third employee who was helping another customer at the other end of the counter had to ask them to help me as they were both ignoring me. When Lyndy came up to help me she was short, rude and had a snotty attitude. Acted like it was an inconvenience for her to wait on me. I come in this store almost daily as I am a Property Manager for several rentals and it seems like the 2 younger girls Lyndy and the dark haired girl are always on their phones, gossiping or sitting while another employee is waiting on customers, cleaning or working on stocking/restocking items in the area. I shop at this store because I like the products they carry and the prices are fair and competitive but lately the customer service from several employees seems to be lacking or non existent. Management should put their foot down on the less than desireable behaviors of some of the employees, they are ruining the stores great reputation. There are some great employees in electrical, plumbing, garden and paint!!

Associates were very helpful and Ridgid hyper lithium ion 18V battery was at a great price

I have been very pleased with the amount of effort the employees at our Gillette store have put into helping me finish my basement. They have went above and beyond to help me make sure I get all the right stuff. Jonathan has been one of the most amazing customer service people up at the Pro desk I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend any one doing projects to talk to the pro desk.

In todays world of BUSY BUSy and always in a HURRY, My shopping experience to Home Depot only took 15 minutes from start to finish. Came in and asked for the items we needed, they loaded them in the cart. We paid for them and they loaded them in our car. AMAZING!!!!!!! That is the way that it is supposed to be.

We were looking for new appliances and started the process late in the eveing. Kadi stayed after hours to help us then she called to follow-up and when I mentioned we were looking at other package options, she took the time to put them together for us. We returned to visit with her and she spent over an hour with us selecting everything we wanted. Exemplery service from start to finish!!!

People are intelligent when you ask them a question or where to find an item. If they don't know the answer they say they don't know and find someone that can help. Always very friendly.

I love this store! Home Depot has FREE delivery and for a small fee will haul off my old refrigerator, saving me the trouble! Their prices are competitive. The staff are so friendly and easy to get along with! I really do love this store. I've never had a bad experience here, EVER!
