At the Home Depot, there were employees available to show the product to me. The cashier assisted me in the self-service process, including scanning the bar code on an item too large to remove from the shopping cart. The gentleman in the parking lot offered to assist me in transferring my item into my car. All were very friendly and helpful to me.

This is my go-to store, as I live nearby and it is always stocked. The people are great and do a great job, they're knowledgeable and eager to help.I have only good things to say about this store.

I rented a cargo van for 2 hours and was extremely satisfied with the help I was given. I wanted to buy a product to clean and seal my driveway. Patrick in the paint dept. was very helpful also. He definitely improved my shopping experience with his knowledge and expertise. Thirdly, the orchids were a phenomenal deal and I was thrilled to purchase one as a gift!

Had a very pleasant shopping experience had what I needed

I was overcharged on a washer. Then went back to the lady that rang me up- she insisted it was correct. I can do math, so I went to the customer service desk- she could not do math either.... Finally after wasting more of my time it was fixed.

The store was clean and neat. I got the help I needed. The associates were very helpful and friendly. I am a senior and have to use an electric cart. Sometimes they are hard to get out of the charging area. I would suggest that the ones that have a full charge be put the closest to customers. I couple of times I have had to maneuver the third one out of the line to get one that is charged. Employees are always willing to help but I hate to bother them when they are busy. Most of us that use them have a lot of pain like me so the above comments would be helpful. Several times they have lost power in the middle of shopping. I don't have any complaints about the store or employees.

Store is always organized and clean. They always seem to have a good inventory. Staff in the lumber department are helpful and offer help even if you didn't ask. People in the paint department had good advice on which paint to use. People in the checkout are very helpful and always smiling

Much better than the store I worked at, which is why I quit.

Nobody in charge of answering phones. Long wait times.

Sales Associate Patrizia Mangialardi was fantastic! She was helpful and not too pushy. She had a really great attitude. I was planning to buy a gas range from Lowes, but I was a little undecided on product and Patrizia helped explain the differences and guide me to the right product.

I go here all the time and I know most of the people there I have no issues with the store ever, all good people there

I always appreciate the knowledge and kindness everyone here shares with me. I like when everyone says hello or good morning. Many times I am asked if I need help with anything.

Deonna in customer service/returns desk was very helpful. Always smiling and a joy to deal with. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make our shopping experience a joy. She is a great person, very friendly and always willing to help. Bryan , the store manager was very helpful as well in answering our questions and making our decision in choosing products very easy. Both of them should be acknowledged and recognized for their great service .

Great store with friendly, knowledgeable people who are approachable. They don't make you feel dumb, but empower you with information.
