Purchased 10 bags of mulch and inventory was plentiful

Came in got helped left with a better solution I came in with A+

Tried to return plants with a receipt. The cashier was so rude and said no they have a week return policy. Um sorry they have 1 year. Called manager up he agreed with me. Cashier went on to make fun of me and laugh at me with the next customer. Horrible store!

Elderly salesman in the light bulb section that is extremely rude. He steps in front of people picking out product. Not an "excuse me" nothing. He just pushes his way in and when confronted he said to bad he works there. This is the way you train people to act to paying customers?? Rude! You have lost a long time customer.

Dan wouldn’t let me help load my 6 sheets of plywood, himself and another employee took care of it. Then he cut all my pieces into smaller pieces for me. Amazing employee right there!

I recently purchased a product from this store that I found the same item online at another Home Depot store in the Chicago area for 40% less. I asked the Glenview store if they would match the other stores price and was told absolutely not. I would not trust this store to have competitive prices and would always check other stores in the area for better pricing before making a purchase.

Good store, get there early in the season to get what you want, the staff is helpful, sometimes they are really great at finding stuff, you need to ask, it saves time. Try to buy your plants as soon as they come off the truck for best condition.

Terrible customer service at the "Pro Service" desk. Avoid "Meghan" at all costs; she is combative and unhelpful.

Thanks to Cashier Dinesh for anticipating my repeat propane exchange need today and hailing an assistant before I even paid for the transaction!
