Most store employees exhibit poor involvement with job, and exhibit behavior that they don't really care. Most employees did not care to show shoppers placement of articles just tell where they thought it was. I would go to other Home Depot if it weren't so much further (30 miles +) away from Goleta store distance.

Not the best Home Depot, but certainly not the worst. Employees are helpful and the lines move quickly. Also, returns are a breeze!

Cheyenne, Nick, and Jacob were able to find us all the parts for our Ryobi hedge trimmer purchase and even matched the online price! We are so stoked with each of them for helping us with our purchase! Already used the hedger and it's more than what I expected... Genius! Thank you very much!

Hope Depot was clean and proper measures were being taken for covid-19. My carpet experience was amazing and seamless today. John, the associate in flooring/carpet was so helpful. He took his time, he gave me options, he prepared my order. Really great.

In order to get what I needed done an associate from the store that worked in the hardware. Was walking by and asked if I needed help in the blinds DEPT. this was after another associate that didn’t work in the department just left me there hanging. John the Associate from hardware radioed numerous times to get assistance for me and another gentleman and blinds finally a young man showed up that had very much of an attitude towards being bothered. And didn’t have A polite attitude when we asked for service he did what he needed to but very unprofessional. A Big thanks to John from hardware for going the extra mile and great customer service.

Plants in the garden shop all needed water. All in all, a good experience. Unable to find a garden cultivator; space empty. Garden employee very helpful.

John in tools simply awesome! When the tool kit that I came in for was not available, John took the time to put together for me a custom tool set for my daughter. How cool is that?

A fabulous store filled with all sorts of treasures, especially in the gardening department. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful, the store is well organized and the stock levels are always more than enough to meet our needs.

This is the most poorly run Home Depot I’ve been to. I’m a licensed general contractor and save money by not going to this store. The products are always damaged, the employees rude, management doesn’t seem to follow up on anything, and has anyone noticed that all of the helpful people got jobs elsewhere? I hardly come here now that the Pro Desk is closed because no one else helps you.

We met a wonderful women named Patience, in the Garden Dept., and she is amazing !!

Return manager stepped in to allow me to return an item I had a receipt for but there computer didnt want to allow it at first . Thanks for human intervention i was able to buy the correct tool for lopping tree branches. Thank you home depot

The Goleta HD has made huge strides when it comes to being in stock, clean and organized and most importantly customer service. I frequently shop there and appreciate Lynda and her amazing service in the Paint Dept. She’s always smiling, knows me by name and really goes above and beyond to help. Thanks Goleta HD and Lynda.

I was very pleased with the process of selecting and purchasing a washing machine. The store employee was knowledgeable, had ready access to helpful documents. The process went smoothly.

John in Carpeting section is very knowledgable and professional. He helped us a lot to get the best product in a short time.

Rude employees, broken machines, lack of inventory. No need to return.

This store usually has what I need. Staff pretty friendly. Patience in the appliance section is a wonderful and helpful woman. I have had trouble getting help in the cabinet section, sent emails, never properly staffed. Overall nice to have store locally.

We received EXCELLENT customer service, especially by Cheyanne. Nathan in the flooring department was especially kind and considerate toward giving us wonderful customer service as well. Our issue was resolved and we are very pleased and look forward to coming back and shopping much more at the store.

Store was very cluttered. Hard to find anyone to provide help when you need it. Often popular items are out of stock. Their App often shows lots of stock of an item and the employees can't find where it is stored in the store and ask you to come back. Much better service provided by the local smaller stores and the Home Depot in Lompoc.

Donna from blinds came up to me right as she saw me and greeted me ,she helped me with all my questions, help me find everything I needed and she made sure I found the right blinds she was very helpful and I think she's a great employee
