Very nice people but had to make 2 trips to get my order straight. Hoping when it is delivered it is correct. Website wasn't a help to order what I needed.

Went to check on Halloween items. Ran into a MET member and they helped me have items down from the racking system. They went above on customer service!

Susan helped me with window blinds. Wow, the selection was incredible! She helped me the entire trip and fullfilled all my needs and answers! Will definitely shop there again!

If you are looking to purchase carpet stop and see Susan. She is very knowledgeable. The next day we received our call to install our carpet in two weeks. We were happy with how quickly this is going to take place.

After comparing prices at various stores we finalized our purchase at this Home Depot location because of the helpful and knowledgeable staff. We were very pleased when working with Susan and additional staff such as Eddie while in store

Chad is a Master Electrician that works at Home Depot. He helped me locate the right parts and fixed my ancient touch lamp in just a few minutes.

Store is well laid out - easy to find products. Excellent helpful staff. Hesus was attentive and knowledgeable, plus kind. Saved us considerable time and made sure all our needs were addressed. Cashier was thoughtful and showed genuine appreciation for customers good outcome. Staff all were helpful and have pleasant attitudes.

Poor quality of lumber. Unless, I guess, I want throw away 2/3rds of the boards I buy. Add in employees who ignore you and/or get outright angry when they actually have to do some work.

During a whole-house remodel, there are bound to be some returns and we've had a few. In this instance, our contractor had installed two medicine cabinets that we bought online and they didn't work out. We feared that returning them with no packaging and NO ORDER NUMBER would be difficult and, at first, it was. My visit to the service desk was met originally by the kind of confusion we feared but, our fears were soon put to rest. Jeff stepped in - and stepped up - made a call and got it done in just a couple of minutes. Knowing that the level of service matches or exceeds the quality of the products at Home Depot is one of the main reasons we continue to shop there.

I dealt with 3 different paint department staff, they all went out of there way to help me get what I needed for my craft room.

I stopped in with little time to make my purchase, Mike at the pro desk and Kathy at the register helped me quickly locate everything I needed, found ways to save me time and money. We went in all set to order a specific stove and refrigerator, but the manufacturer did not have any left in stock. Our salesperson was very helpful and patient with us as we decided on what we would order instead. I would go back again for sure!

Store employees are helpful. Delivery service sucks. Should allow dogs, would go there more often, but go to the hardware stores that allow dogs more.

I ordered window blinds and the person who waited on me was very friendly and professional. She went out of her way to make sure the order was correct for what I needed. I would definitely order from Home Depot in the future
