Tidy store and has what I need almost everytime!! Only bad part is the associates who are a tad rude:(((

the cashiers are the best part of the store sometimes!! Having genuine interactions with them is so nice!

Our cashier Carolyn was on drugs at her shift. She was extremely rude, didn’t help us. And when she talked we didn’t understand a word she said because she was on some type of drug. Slurring her words, mumbling, blabbering about nonsense, she couldn’t put a sentence together. Not only that the line was 7 people she walked away from the time. I got very uncomfortable at checkout with her, because I felt bad for her. But she should be professional and she should be sober at work.

This is generally our go to store for items. A very good, organized store. This store doesn't seem to carry what other Home Depot stores carry so we have to shop around. Can't get Redwood lumber there.

Associates did not know what they were doing. They were rushing me. They stood around and talk while many customers awaiting for help

Today I went to Home Depot to check on a specific sale item. When the checker rang it up it was higher than the sale tag by$100 dollars. When I showed her a photo of the sales tag that was on the item she spoke to a supervisor and then gave me the sale price. That is not only good customer service but it avoided breaking the bait and switch law.

cannot remember names but the girl with black hair greeted me in such a wholesome way and interacted with my kids. truly a great store!

young girl, Kamyla I believe had such a nice smile and was so willing to lend me a hand grabbing some slabs of osb. Saw me struggling and rushed to help then proceeded to help me check out!!

I got help from appliance salesman to choose a new washer and dryer

We purchased a new dryer. Lynette was the person who assisted us and answered all of our questions with knowledge and kindness. Just a couple days later Juan and his coworker arrived, exactly when they said they would, and had the dryer in the basement in short order. Our entire experience was so positive, we just have to say Thank You to Home Depot for having such great staff and, of course, to Lynette and Juan and your coworkers, YOU ARE THE BEST. THANK YOU!!!

We had been shopping for a couple hours for a big project and went up to check out. We were blessed to have Melissa assist us. She provided the best customer care experienced in many years literally. Fast, efficient, very knowledgeable - so we are switching to this store from FC ones. She should be promoted to some position to provide an example/teach how to handle customers when they are checking out. Excellent cashier!

I have been shopping at Home Depot for years, and have always had great service, and have always been able to find exactly what I need, or they order the product.

While buying some products today 9/16/2023 around 12:00 when going to check out we had an issue with a gift card and Carolyn kept treating us as if we didn’t know what we were doing and got short and snappy with us then she was starting to escalate and when we started to address it and try to de escalate it she just ignored us. She was also wearing a jacket and attempted to hide her name. Meanwhile another cashier was trying to help us out Maddie went above and beyond trying to help us out in a nice calm professional manner.

Nice employees and plenty of products that are affordable and helpful for my projects.

Tina and Luis were beyond helpful. Luis walked me right over to what I needed not just telling me what aisle. Tina was great when I had trouble with self check out.

This is one of the best Home Depots I’ve ever been to due to a certain person’s custom service. Juan at the pro desk has been a tremendous help with my husbands business. He’s gone above and beyond in helping my husband find the right products at the right price. He’s knowledgeable, polite , and is the best in his profession. He deserves a raise and should be acknowledged for his excellent service and attitude. We need more people like him in this word. Thank you sincerely for all you do.

I bought material I thought I needed when I went to check out the cashier pointed out some of the items were not the same that saved me a Lotta time and an extra trip of coming back to get the right material very Observant on their part

Eddie Bretz and I bought the best sunglasses at Greeley Home Depot. Came back today to buy more for others. The price is unbelievably fair !!

Every time I go into this store everyone is friendly and so helpful. The store always seems to be clean and organized. It makes it an easy trip every time

VERY PLEASED WITH OUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

We recently remodeled our kitchen (new cabinets, quartz countertops, and tile backsplash) Steve was wonderful to work with in designing the layout and Steve II the install guy and his crew were very meticulous. We did have one small hiccup with the workorder for the backsplash install but Myron promptly helped us get that rectified without any interuption in the install. Would highly recommend the Design Center in Greeley Home Depot. We will be back in a year or two to do bathrooms.

Jairo spent over 2 hours with me to solve a huge problem. He is incredible! I sincerely hope he stays at Home Depot for a long time. He never got frustrated, despite the stressful circumstances. Zach was also very helpful with the process. But I’m sincerely impressed with Jairo’s willingness to go above and beyond (and this isn’t the first time he has done so for me).

My husband and I went in on the 4th to buy a Samsung bespoke refrigerator. The associate that helped us (sales person MXS4AQC, she didn’t give us her name) was very incompetent. I know that is mean, but we asked her questions and she didn’t know basic delivery information. She put the order in and my husband and I told her multiple times that it was wrong, as the price after tax was lower than the advertised price. She didn’t listen and assured us it is correct. A couple days later we get a call saying our order is going to be cancelled because it was entered incorrectly. I went into the store to reorder and the associate Shan was very helpful. She gave me more information and was able to answer all my questions. She made this experience much better and she 100% deserves a raise or a promotion. She is the only reason we will keep shopping there and why I gave a 5 star rating after the first experience buying the refrigerator.

If you like self checkouts, this is the store for you, cashiers are pretty much non existent, except in the construction area
