Great experience at the Home Depot in Greenfield. Need to have about 15 gallons of Paint made and Kelly K was awesome and had it done in no time. Just wanted to thank her for her fast response and her friendliness.

The Home Depot in Greenfield is in a great location, and has plenty of parking. It carried everything I needed plus more. The customer service was speedy and very helpful. I would definitely recommend shopping at the store for all of your home repair needs.

Looking for Rubbermaid wire shelving and brackets but didn't have all I needed but could go online to purchase them and pick them up at the store. Thank you!

I had Sarah help me with my return and she was great at her job and very quick. Also had a fireplace missing a piece my daughter bought for me for Christmas and Chris has a new one ready for us when we brought the old one back. Very impressed with both of them.

For being one of the smaller Home Depot they usually have what we need. The people are always friendly and offer to help. If I have questions they work to find the answer.

I purchased 34 sheets of 1/2-inch sheetrock this weekend for a room build-out. The two gentlemen that pulled my order and then loaded my trailer were very courteous and professional, and also fast! And Justin the cashier was also very helpful.

The associate in appliances, Ron, was very helpful. Not pushy, knew his stuff. I will go back to him when I need something else.

I think I may have pressed that I was uncomfortable in the store due to COVID. That is not true, I felt very comfortable!

Greensburg, IN does not have a store similar to Home Depot and it would be nice if one would come to our town. I'm sure it would get a lot of business........just something to consider.

I made three seperate attempts to purchase one 4x4x10 piece of wood that I needed cut into 4 equal lengths of 29 1/4 inches to help build a disabled family member a ramp with some railing so that her home was accessible to her physical disability and was lied to three seperate times. At first, the saws were broken and they could not cut the lumber. The second trip they had the lumber I needed but would not cut due to COVID-19 because cutting lumber quote "keeps you people in the store way longer than you should be". The third trip, they had the lumber but quote "We do not cut wood here at all". With this last person, I called her out on this story and told her about the first two encounters/lies. She admitted to my face that she had told me incorrectly and that the saws were actually "not working" right now. When I asked her why she opted to lie to me with her initial response, she had no answer. Afterwards, just out of curiousity, I called the Post Road Indianapolis location and asked if they had the board I needed in stock. They did not have it in. I asked if they would cut it for me if they had it in stock and they said that they would. They then referred me back to the Greenfield store who showed having the piece in stock that I needed and were able to cut lumber at their location. What an absolute crock this entire experience has been. 100% done with Home Depot. I'll go elsewhere and even pay a little more if I have to, to do business with someone who won't lie to me. I dropped $300 on a trip to Home Depot about a week ago. Needless to say, everything on that receipt is being returned. Lies cost you customers.
