The employees are attentive to the customers.

This is my favorite store. Sales assistance and checkout is always fast. If I have questions, I can get answers and help quickly. Always courteous.

Friendly staff, great customer service Went to get a panel cut to make a home project and the employee made all of my cuts without complaining, very professional and very friendly. Would recommend this store.

went to the store on Wendover Avenue in Greensboro NC to get a few plastic totes. Tammy made the usual pitch to apply for a Home Depot card and save $25. I was hesitant and told her it likely wouldn't go through, her friendly way of asking again made me go ahead and give it a try. she was great and helped me through the process and I did in fact get a card.

Long time customer at the Wendover store....Its getting harder to find anyone that knows anything as I've noticed over the years the employees who greeted you and knew how to help customers sadly are gone.... The new employees need to go through some kind of training just how to help customers in a way its pitiful..!! If they would just look you in the eye and say HI it would be a start..!

Great store, lots of inventory, very friendly and helpful. Has a rental center that is well equipped with equipment and skilled staff. Thanks for all your help on my last visit. FAST to get my trailer loaded.

Cherrone at High Point NC store went out of her way to find other Home Depot stores that had the item I was looking for and then asked that they hold them for me.

The Home Depot on West Wendover is clean and well run. My returns normally take less than 4 minutes, My checkouts at less than 1 minute on average. (And yes, I time it. The time starts when I enter a line till the time I'm out the door.) The fastest cashier is a mute point when you have surge hours. Its more about having available cashiers that can take on sorting task or generally cleaning / tidying up of the area when their are fewer customers. The store has an excellent balance of cashiers, and "Pros" that seems to have a good grasp on their area of expertise (Returns personnel, Paint dept, Lumber / Plywood cutter). All around this Home Depot gets high marks from me, I will continue to shop here.

Excellent shopping experience - employees were friendly and welcomed us and offered to help. Excellent customer service by one employee what did not give up on finding the product we were looking for. Nice, clean and neat store.

Again, this store does NOT disappoint when it comes to courteous respectful treatment of those with disabilities! They are Covid-19 vigelent and safe!

As a disabled customer, I can highly recommend this store above and beyond the other Home Depot stores I have shopped! They respect their customers and go out of their way to maintain that relationship! Their employees have a genuine desire to be working at this store serving the public in so many essential ways! This is what it means to 'all be in this together'!

Mrs. Susan DeVito is my Employee of the Year! She helped me in the bath, kitchen, and many other sections in the store, as well assisted me in finding other products for my very extensive list. For the very hard to find items, she went well above and beyond by making numerous phone calls to stores within and outside her Greensboro region, ultimately allowing me to secure the final pieces in Raleigh. Her superb dedication to customer service really left me with a great experience. Thank you Sue!

I had a great experience while shopping at this Home Depot. Several times I know that I looked confused and an employee passing by would ask if I needed help and of course I did and of course I was assistance. Catina should receive employee of the year, thanks for all of your assistance.

Horrible customer service. Wasted nearly an hour of my time just trying to get an employee to help me. Phone system is awful.

If you ever come to the Wendover store ask for “Frankie” he is kind and definitely goes above and beyond to help his customers.

Couldn’t find what I was looking for even though it was listed as in stock in the store. I asked for assistance but he wasn’t able to locate it either. The store was moderately clean. He wasn’t that friendly nor was he helpful if he was I would’ve been able to find what I was looking for.

I love to go to the store when Charlie, Plumbing Dept, Mary, Manager, Electrical Dept, Laura CS Desk, Bruce, Windows/Door, Manzoor, Manager, Lighting, John CS Pro Desk and Store Manager, Derek are there. They are hands on, knowledgeable and skilled professionals who know how to treat and work with customers. They are all keepers... a southern term for Valuable... don't lose them. They are need to be recognized for their dedication and their worth.

The whole visit sucks won’t recommend this store to anyone, this store needs to be closed looked for service didn’t got none for 20 MINUTES, rude employees and they don’t care about there customers that store needs to be closed
