I was looking for a pull string lights for closets. We found two that would do, but weren't crazy about them. Jason came by and asked if we needed help, we asked if they had any others. He took the time found a new style, more modern and it screwed into the existing socket of the already installed light. No need for an elctrician. He explained how it worked and showed us also.

Service has gone from being good to terrible. There aren't sufficient amount of employees to help you and the ones that are there either don't help you or send you to someone who isn't knowledgeable.

This is probably one of the best home depots in Pennsylvania. The staff are wonderful and friendly always treating customers with the upmost respect and the store is always presentable

We were trying to find a solution to paint vinyl flooring. Jess and Caitlin went above and beyond to assist us and help us come up with a resolution! They were very professional and knowledgeable! Thank you for taking the time Jess and Caitlin to help us!

had great deal on bundle of appliances and shipped fast

Did not delivery when suppose to and now they want to redeliver it and leave it at the bottom of my driveway for me to try and drag it up my driveway

We have a great shopping experience no matter when we shop at the Greensburg, PA Home Depot. The employees are always very professional and helpful. Telia was especially helpful on our most recent visit.

So i went in on 5-29-2023 early to beat the rush. 1st i went to the lawn n garden to pick up some supplies and was greeted by this very nice young lady "Maddy " Very helpful and her personality was the Best ! So i milled about the store picking up some odds and ends . Then it was time to check out. I went to this young lady "Bri" What a nice girl. She is very efficient and polite and has a killer smile !

Moss will fix your issues without any delays or pain! Again, great Customer Service skills!

I was clueless when I went into the store, looking for a piece of pipe and a downspout. I asked the young man in the pipefitting row to help me, and he was very helpful. The man I asked about the downspout was extremely friendly and helped me find my way to the correct aisle.

Everyone I came across in this store was very helpful.

Me and my wife came in to the store to place a huge order for all the projects. We were going to finish this summer. We were worried it was gonna take a long time and didn’t know how exactly it was going to go because we were doing a project loan, but we didn’t get the card yet, we stopped in the other night and talk to Ed Schneider in appliances. He went way out of his way. He even offered to bring down an item from the overhead rack so we could just see a color. He was amazing. We went back this morning with our full list of stuff we wanted, including all new appliances, and a bunch of other materials for projects we’re going to do. This time we talk to Ron in appliances., he was extremely helpful, was very quick and very fun to sit with. Another pleasant experience then we went to the front desk to try to find out how we can order the rest of the stuff, and we worked with Michelle and Mary at the service desk. These ladies were unbelievable helped us get everything sorted which wasn’t easy but they made it so nice they also were amazing! When we finally left, they made us feel really good about our entire experience there. When me and my wife were walking out, we were so happy and couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went. Everyone was like oh well oiled machine, those are the kind of employees I would take care of, and keep working for me forever!

Will not bother at this store unless there is no other choice

I was purchasing a portable table saw and the only one on the sales floor had a severely damaged box. Dave from hardware started to look for other stock. I asked if we could open this box, check out the product and if OK, I'll buy this one. Dave immediately opened the box, product was good and he walked me over to the checkout. He asked Jackie at customer service to check me out and gave me a $10 Discount for the inconvenience.

The Home Depot makes it easy.

Just had a wonderful experience purchasing flooring. Michelle in Flooring asks all the right questions, which made the experience go quickly and smoothly. I recommend seeking her out if you need new flooring.

They need to get rid of the self check outs and get cashiers back in place. There were no cash registers opened. If I didn’t absolutely have to have the item,I would have just left it on the cart and walked out.

I have been shopping here since they opened! In my mind, when you never have a problem that is great but where you get my attention is when there is even a small problem, that is where you see the real value of quality people.

Ed Snyder helped to make our kitchen appliance purchase a smooth one. He made us aware of a price drop on the oven we wanted, and we made sure to make the purchase before the sale expired.

Salesman was great finding item to fit in outdated counter top.

I'm from Latrobe so usually I shop at the Blue store but it didn't have the material I needed so I drove to this Home Depot, and wow. They had an amazing selection and even their simple 2x4 lumber seemed to be in much better shape being able to find straight lumber is usually a challenge but not here. Staff was very helpful. An older gentleman helped me load and rip a piece of plywood (wish I had gotten his name)then my cashier Jackie was very polite and efficient. I'll be coming back when I need any significant purchases.

We were greeted by every employee we encountered in this store. Everyone was willing to help and everyone was knowledgeable about the products and installation of them. Unlike their competitor who avoid you and offer no assistance. Will shop here more even though the location is inconvenient.

I was purchasing some battery powered tools and storage cases and the store had a very good selection and the inventory to accomplish my goals. Would repeat visit here!

The variety offered is wonderful. The service was outstanding, and they had everything to complete our DIY project.
