I am a contractor and needed answers on a product I have never used. Shanna the pro desk manager did her thing!! She has a wonderful relationship with the contractors allowing her a vast amount of knowledge that she taps into and shares so that you can make the correct choices on a new product for you to you and get you on your jobsite.

Love how no one is ever around when I need help. I love how when something is out at the bottom, I can climb the shelf’s and find it myself, I love this store so much. The next time I buy a big stack of lumber. I’m going to load it with a forklift, just to see if anyone give a ship. Love this store more then any other store.

The self-checkout attendant will hover uncomfortably close in your personal space. Be sure to guard yourself when entering your PIN# on the pin pad.

The Christmas tree choices were excellent, prices were very competitive and best of all we found a tree for us that was on a special "Black Friday" sale

Employees, Frank and James, at this store went above and beyond to find the product that I needed. They could have just said sorry, its not on the shelf, but they stopped stocking and searched pallet after pallet until they found it.

The store is always friendly and clean. The people are helpful. If you cant find it ,as older people tend to overlook things., There will be someone to help you in a timely matter. We do not shop other hardware stores. Home Depot is our hardware source.

No checkers. Plenty of employees standing around, but you have to scan your own stuff.

everyone knows where everything is. not just there station. its great to go in a store and be helped by a real person.

Treated like a thief and was told that it would be good for me to shop somewhere else by a team member . Still considering returning everything I have not used yet from home depot . 1400 in tools I just bought and about 1500 in decking materials sitting in my garageHome Depot Greenville isn’t the only place to shop Might be worth it to return it and not do business with them . Just load the trailer up and bring it all back . Bad service is one thing I can deal with but making it personal is on another level all together . I really hope this manager reads this and takes action. People deserve better this from his team

The appliance department has great help. Always someone there to ask if you need assistance and the cashiers are very friendly.

Excellent Service in the Paint Department with help from Pita. She is very patient and will do all that's possible to color match your paint. Thank You Pita my Cherakee Red Barn was a perfect match!

I was assisted by Brandon B.; he is an exemplary employee. He was already clocked out to leave for the day but logged back in just to help me find what I needed. Very nice fella.

Got quotes from equipment rental department. Five stars to the guys at the rentals desk!

We can almost always find what we need in Home Depot We get used to finding things then wham! things are moved Then you have to find a person and thats not always fast

The store manager could care less about customer service. Also beware of the tool shop. Products brought in may or may not have even been inspected much less repaired.

The customer service team went above and beyond to help us when we were in a strange situation with a new credit line and having just moved into a home with no refrigerator. They did not take no for an answer and found a way to get us what we needed. Matt in particular was amazing and really, really kind. He coordinated getting us the help we needed like we have never experienced before. Thank you so much!

The Marvins, Will and John at the pro desk can't be beat. I'm they three out four times a week and never leave without a smile on my face. Good jobs, guys!

Very friendly staff, clean store and well-stocked shelves

Items not where they were supposed to be. Had everything we needed written down so we would know exactly where we needed to go. Yeah about that. Items were not where they were supposed to be, and the layout for the store aisles appeared to be done by a drunk. Doorways into the tool area were closed by locked gates, and there was no associate in the area. Got to the checkouts and there was only one cashier with 5 customers waiting in line. Went to the self checkout area and there were 2 employees chatting away. The did nothing to help. We had 6 bags of softener salt, scanned one and the asked them how to put in 6. You could only do that with 10 items, so we had to rescan the bag 5 times and those bags don't like to scan. Probably took 12 attempts to get 6 scanned .

JR is great in flooring. He was helpful and explained about bulk ordering, JR gave assistance he was friendly and helpful.

Tim and Quaid helped me a bunch today, instead of saying, “what’s on the shelf is what we have” they found more quantity of what I was after.

Watch out for the rude people at the customer service desk. They are ridiculously rude even when you aren’t their customer.

As I wrote in the survey, you need to STOP selling us JUNK from China and /or Korea!!!

I think that the Home Depot stores are great. Just beware of this store since there are some incompetent people that are employed within.
