We purchased a new Fridge as a gift for our Mother. Our Sales Person went above and beyond for us! Vey pleased that we are able to have it delivered within a week! Great Job Home Depot! Keep it up!

I did a purchase with my credit card from home depot, I was expecting for a financial period of 18 months but I got a 6 month finance. I went to the store to talk about it and people helped me excellent, the problem was solved and they were amazing.

Every time I visit the Home Depot in Greenwood and I have a blonde lady cashier by the name of Carol, I ALWAYS leave happier than when I arrived, she’s so helpful, sweet & knows SO MUCH about ALOT! And ALWAYS MAKE ME LAUGH!

Salespeople were quick to help

When you switched to a handheld scanner, you messed up. Before, I only needed one hand to pass the item over the flatbed scanner. Now, I have to hold the scanner and the item. Big Fail!

I bought blinds a month ago and they did awesome job for selection and installation process.

The experience could not be better. The employees were helpful and efficient. The store and restroom was immaculate. Even the parking lot was clean - no litter (which I always note when shopping anywhere). Thank you for keeping your standards HIGH!

The customer service folks at the Greenwood store are the best. They work with you to resolve your issues and remain professional and friendly at all times. No one likes to have a problem but they do happen. It's nice to know that you can work with them to get things fixed.

I came in looking for a weed eater and found that and more at a price that I wasn't expecting. I didn't have a cart and proceeded to carry the large box and some other items to self checkout and an associate was quick to politely take the large box from me and scan it so that I didn't have to. After getting everything scanned and payed for, all I had to do was hit one button and it printed me a physical receipt and sent a digital copy to my email. Great experience that will ensure my return.

Sales person very helpful in determining which Kitchen sink to purchase.

Zackaraih and Kenzie went above and beyond to help in a department they didn't even work in. It was Christine's department and she only caused confusion. I had to find her tools for her.

I have been remodeling my condo for the last year and everything and everyone I have dealt with at this store is awesome!!!! Still more to do and I will come here first for materials and advice.

I previously bought multiple orders of brick online a few months ago. Only recently when picking up more orders did I discover that I was missing some boxes from my first. Isaah R. helped me at the customer service desk to look up and refund my original missing orders. He was very quick and knowledgeable about the return. I had previously been helped by him in the past when shopping there, though he may not remember I sure do! Both times he was very friendly and just all around super! Thank you again!!

This store has plenty of warm bodies, but no one that cares to get the job done!

I went to Home Depot to purchase an insulated garage door. The employee (Mark) made the process easy by providing me with a detailed explanation of what was involved and then efficiently taking care of the purchase

I purchased kitchen cabinets and countertops from the Home Depot and they are very high quality. Highly recommended!!

When I asked an employee if they had any more of an item he looked up above the shelves and said yes. I then had to wait for them to find ladder to get them. When I went to check out the item rung up 9$ more than expected. Then it took another 10 minutes for them to figure out that the employee grabbed the wrong one and when the manager came up he said it would take another 10-15 min for him to get the correct one and asked if I wanted to wait or just get the more expensive ones. Then acted as if I was inconveniencing them even though it was an employee that grabbed the wrong product.

Definitely the best Home Depot around. They keep their shelves stocked.

Bought battery powered lawn mower , blower, trimmer and Zach was great help telling me about each item.

I didn’t grow up near a Home Depot and never had one around me until I moved to the Greenwood, IN area. I started buying small items and am slowly looking to Home Depot for my larger projects due to the high quality of their items. The only issue that I have with the store that I go to is that the employees don’t seem very engaged. I do get greeted and thanked, but I am never asked if I need help with anything and am always needing to stand in the aisle staring at my phone to do research on items. I

Came in late at night with large order (12 gal) paint Employee was very nice , helpful and Knowledgeable !

Very happy with the products I have purchased.

We are a retired couple who were looking for an extended warranty on a water heater. We could find NOTHING in Bloomington Indiana where we live, beyond a 6yr limit. Went to the Greenwood Home Depot store and found just what we were looking for. Everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful.

Two Home Depot employees went out of their way to assist me. Within seconds, walked me to the product I needed and I was check out and on my way. Well done!

I went looking for a plant and soil. I did find what I needed, but trying to check out was disappointing. The "service" desk individuals were not willing to check me out. I had to convince them to provide customer service. Three people were working and I was the only customer there at the desk.

The store does not help you load heavy items between 4:30-5:30. Poor thought due to ones stopping after work to pick up items for home improvement. They depend on other customers to help one another instead of providing this service.
