Did you know?

eco_image

Our store diverts waste from landfills by accepting CFLs, lead acid batteries, rechargeable batteries, and plastic plant pots for recycling.

eco_image

Home Depot stores sent approximately 5.3 million pounds of shredded paper for recycling in 2022. This helped the planet by preserving over 63,500 trees, keeping over 16,000 trash bags of solid waste out of landfills, saving over 50 million gallons of water, and conserving 7.8 million kilowatt hours of electricity.

We have decreased electricity consumption by over 52% in our U.S. stores since 2010.

Needs Apple Pay
I bought a set of 10 o rings for my car so I go in there without my cards only my phone. As I was about to pay for the item I asked the cashier at the self checkout if I can use my phone as a form of payment, she said that they don’t have or do tap pay, so I had to go out to my car and get my wallet for one item. The whole credit card system needs tap pay.

          Rude Employees
I was attempting to leave the property in my vehicle when I was blocked in near the rear building supply door. Multiple employees ignored my request to move the rental vehicle so I could leave. They kept me there for 10 minutes until a delivery truck also became trapped and began to lay in his horn. They then moved the vehicle. When I asked why my request was being ignored, an employee made a rude comment toward me. Very unprofessional employees with zero customer service.

            Employees act WEIRD and RUDE
I did NOT appreciate how I was greeted at the door offering to help the young snot who may or may not be their manager or just a glorified doorman/greeter. He made me uncomfortable before I even went inside and was staring at me and following me out even though all I did was buy a few items paid with receipt. Not shopping there again!!
