I bought the refrigerator on sale. Great Price!

The cashier was very helpful and polite

I needed an item that required the assistance from a sales associate. Each associate that I spoke with at this location was very helpful. The manager, Chris LeJuez, pulled the item and made sure it was delivered to me at the register. Impeccable Customer Service.

I went to Home Depot for paint and some other things I needed for a project. If you have any questions related to paint, go see Ronny.. very patient and explained the process step by step. Now for anything else, find Joey in the Pro department. If he doesn’t know he will direct you to a specific employee that could help. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The store is just the right size to shop for things you need and they have everything in stock at all times whenever we go to the store. The store also know what is popular and display those items on the front so it was easy to choose from the ones we needed and liked easily. The staffs are extremely helpful and courteous as well as friendly so approaching them is very easy. You can get anything you want at this store although it is not the biggest Home Depot. Right store to go to.

I am a regular customer. Love shopping this store.

Always find what i need

The customer service experience here was better than I could have expected. Joey B helped me to find what I needed and also spoke to his Manager, Wilson, after learning what I did working in the healthcare field and he provided a significant discount on an item I needed for an employee. These guys, along with cashier Faith, provided excellent customer service and a genuine desire to do something kind for someone else. Their kindness made my day and I will pay it forward!

Joey always asks me how I'm feeling and how my family is. He is so professional and a caring person as well. He should be asked to train other employees about how to connect with customers in order to have the customers return again and again.

Joey is the finest employee in your store. He is professional, always knows where things are, he is patient and also very sensitive towards customers. Every time I shop here he always stops to say hello and asks me how I'm feeling. He is the only reason I shop here, even though home Depot on rt. 17 is sometimes more convenient. It's worth going out of my way to home Depot of Hackensack because Joey always lifts my spirit. We need more employees like Joey

I needed some advice on how to tile a backsplash in my kitchen. The employee was very knowledgeable about the whole process and recommended without pressure all the tools and materials required for my project.

Associate assisted almost immediately when I needed help locating and retrieving an item off of a high shelf. She was friendly and helpful. I've been impressed by the Hackensack NJ store and customer service. Also, usually find a useful item in Clearance marked way down; this time, 2, 18 oz bottles of Method dish soap at 93 cents each.

I usually only go to Paramus Home Depot but they did not have the clay bricks I needed so I went to the Hackensack Home Depot for the first time. Claudius made this a very rewarding shopping experience. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. I will be coming back to this Home Depot because of employees like him.

I usually hate going to hardware store because it’s overwhelming, however this location is organized and staff is helpful.

Disappointed With the service and the management at this Home Depot I was told they cannot help me unless I buy a full pallet of salt I loaded and unloaded 30 bags of salt myself

Store where most of the time: one goes in and one gets out.

Being this is the closest location to me, I’m obviously here shopping for products on a regular. This is a very clean, organized, and well stocked location. The employees are always willing to help if they can. My only concern is that they definitely need to do better with checkout. The self service isn’t good for everyone and holds up the lines causing even longer lines.
