FLOORING ASSOCIATE WAS COMPLETLY RUDE AND AT THE END OF OUR INTERACTION THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME I SHOULD GET MY STUFF ELSEWHERE NEVER GOING BACK TO A STORE LIKE THIS IF THIS IS HOW IM TREATED WHEN IM SPENDING MY MONEY THERE

I have made purchases in EVERY possible department at the Hadley Home Depot. The associates are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional. It is, by far, my favorite retail store.

THESE GUYS KNOW THEIR STUFF!!! There are days that I go back and forth to the store to buy or exchange products and tools for our various home projects several times a day- I am received with a smile and promptly asked what I'm looking for each time I enter. Wicked knowledgeable staff and always willing to lend a hand or give building advise. THANK YOU!!!

some employees are so knowledgable and others maybe not so much, but they all try to help. One person took me over to the internet so we could research other. Another could not be bothered. The first one did not want me to buy the incorrect item and have to return it. He stayed with me until I was assured what I was purchasing was correct. When I had asked the other employee if he could help me, he just stood there without going out of his way like the other person did.

Plant more trees in the parking lot, cuz during the summer, it is very hot to park there. Put up signs in the parking lot telling people to reduce pollution by turning off their cars. otherwise, this store is well run

Never would have found the product. Dan knew where it was, walked me. I was out of the store right to it, and I was out of the store under 10 minutes. While I was there I saw dozens of products I use at home regularly but didn't know they were sold at home depot and I plan to shop there much more often.. The store is very convenient

I gave an associate an unusually vague request -- "I need a piece of metal, flat, not too big like anywhere between the size of a piece of paper and standard window, and magnets need to be able to stick to it" -- and they were able to figure out what would work and find it for me. Plus I picked up a pack of super strong tiny magnets while there. It was a great shopping trip!

The paint department is terrific. They are knowledgable and have informed opinions they are happy to share.

Am a senior citizen/old lady. At this store, any employee I question about a product or best product is always very friendly and helpful. If I don’t understand what they’re saying, I never feel that they are treating me as less mentally intact than a younger customer. Treated with respect is what I’m trying to write. Great store and great employees!!

Best staff of any Home Depot store I have ever shopped at, and I have shopped Home Depot's in Grand Rapids MI, Milwaukee WI, and now in this area. Joseph, Dale, Scott, Mike are rock stars !

The employees at this Home Depot are the most helpful, respectful and available I've ever seen. I recently bought a house nearby that will be needing many repairs. After a few visits to this Home Depot, I decided to get a Home Depot Credit card as I won't be visiting any other hardware stores after experiencing such good customer service from the employees.

I went to home depot tonight to pick out a christmas tree for my apartment. Lou offered to assist me right away as I was growing and helped me pick out an awesome tree that was right within my budget! He cut off a little bit of the bottom, as per protocol and then went as far as to help me pack it into my tiny corolla trunk. I was extremely pleased with his service and I highly recommend this home depot.

The Home Depot #8452 Hadley store is always clean and all the products are easy to find. The cashiers are extremely friendly and very helpful!

I came in with a good sized list, including some things I had no idea about but was told to get. (How many people know what backer cord or lithium spray is?) Every single associate I met offered to help and made it quick and easy to find everything!

Staff are great, no stupid sexism if you happen to be a woman, helpful, they have what I need most of the time, and there are so sweet with my dog!!

It’s true what they say about the Hadley Home Depot, the employees really do go out of their way to help. They won’t just point or tell you the aisle number, they will actually bring you to what you’re looking for. Everyone is nice and willing to help and that always makes the experience a good one. Whether you’re building a fence, fixing a door, creating a garden walkway, or just looking for help with fixing something, they will find you a solution and help you figure it out.
