I always shop at Home Depot for my home improvements and repairs.

I visited 2 days in the week. The same cashier stood in front of her register when not busy, assisted with the question and cashed me out with a smile... infectious smile and beautiful personality ... tyvm

I bought this snowblower two years ago and had issues with drive belt wearing out and coming off after 20 mins of use. I brought the shower blower to the Hamilton rental office and Jeff took a real interest in helping me. He explained it could take a while at regional repair shop, and he would take a look at it. Jeff found a service bulletin for an Auger Pulley Kit repair and fixed it. Jeff is a real asset to the tool rental department. I can’t wait for the next snow to put the blower to test. Thanks JEFF. Purchased Christmas gifts and home improvement items today. Everything was in stock. Very busy buying day, store is always crowded :)

We were nervous that we weren’t going to be helped because there were a lot of customers, but we were so glad to have been greeted and helped by Courtney. She helped us get our new fridge and made it a super easy process. More employees should be like her!

I shopped around for flooring at the other home center and also other flooring stores. When I stopped in Home Depot in Hamilton NJ. I talked to Scott. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. (I am an engineer, so he deserves a medal for his patience with me and my endless questions) Even though I switched flooring types and styles 3 times, he continued to treat me respectfully...diligently working hard to help me find a flooring solution for my new house. In the end, my wife and I were extremely happy with our flooring purchase. We will see Scott whenever we need flooring and will recommend him to our family and friends.

Home Depot offers a wide variety of choices in regards to construction supplies, tools, gardening supplies, and appliances. The employees show their Home Depot pride with enthusiastic smiles and outstanding customer service. The employees frequently go above and beyond to help customers with questions about product placement or for ideas on how to accomplish a project with more ease. Walking into Home Depot feels like how home improvement stores should strive for.

Have been a customer of this store for 12 years. Normally, items I need are in stock or if needed, ordered and they arrive in a fair amount of time. That is, until I ordered a Jeld-Wen door. Told 2 weeks to get, then 4 weeks to get and arrived 5 weeks out, only to be destroyed in shipping/handling. You would think, instead of notifying you that your part was ready for pickup, they would notify that it was damaged and save you a trip to the store! NOW, next ANTICIPATED arrival date is 10/27-11/1!!!!! If I lose this job, because of this mess, I will not be a customer for 13 years!

very unfriendly manager and not able to understand customer concerns

This store has very few options to choose from compared to other Home Depot locations and competitors. The employees go out of their way to avoid helping customers, and when you can finally corner them, they are rude, dismissive, and unwilling to put out the slightest bit of effort.

Beware of incompetent sales associates who don't know their own price match guarantee policy. They will try everything to weasel their way out of giving you the price match while huffing and puffing like a two year old. Some of the managers are just as bad trying to to get involved. Shocked how anybody can keep a job when displaying such unprofessionalism.

Store employees, Ann Castagna and Scott Applegate, are exemplary staff at the Hamilton location. They are truly courteous, professional, polite and helpful with your merchandise selection and overall store experience!!! They ensured my continued patronage to this big box retailer!!!

This store is always clean. The in-store inventory and online inventory are always pretty accurate. The employees are very friendly, and knowledgeable. Would give more star if I could.

The store is clean and always well stocked. Sales people are helpful and courteous but can be hard to find which could be because of Covid and lack of store workers. Store is also well lit but lighting in paint department is glaring and should be reviewed for better lighting options.

Overall my experience has always been a good one. I especially appreciate the designated veteran and Purple Heart recipient parking spots. Lastly, want to send a special thanks to the staff taking the time to close of/decorate one of the veteran designated parking spots to honor Memorial Day and what it represents. THANK YOU!!!

We went to Home Depot to look at carpet. We were greeted by a young employee as we were looking and waiting for someone to free up. I was thrilled to see someone noticed that we needed help. He informed us about the carpet and the installation fees and the measurement process. We purchased with any issue other then the printer not working. When we returned to pay for our carpet, another employee greeted us and saved us money. This made us very happy. Both were knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you.

The woman named Teri in paint is extremely dismissive and rude. A great employee named Dan that also works in paint walked up and she told him to deal with my 87 year old grandmother and I and just walked off and did not return. If it wasn’t for this nice man Dan my grandmother would of walked off with nothing because of this rude woman Teri.

Store is pretty clean and fairly well stocked. It's not my closest store but I it's the first store I think of visiting despite other hardware stores nearby.

Very poor and disrespectful customer service at this store...and not the 1st time. A cashier at the customer service desk decided to make 5 people including myself wait on line for 25 minutes at 9:15pm...because the cashier REFUSED to get help. I even asked the 1st cashier if he could call for help and he told me to wait in line and he would help me when he was done with the others! Other associates finally came over when they saw the huge line and opened another register to assist. Several associates then asked the 1st cashier why he didn't call for help. We wondered the same thing! Then the 1st cashier talked back to me and was inappropriate when it was my turn.
