i love the harahan location

its close to the job site and the have just about every thing you need and at a good price save time from running from one store to another

Have no problem with this store as matter of fact, it's just walking distance from where Ilive.

front desk very helpfull and friendly

it was raining hard all day, walked in, noticed water dripping from the roof onto the merchandise, trim molding that was pressboard. told an associate, hey water dripping on the floor and onto the merchandise, she says yeah leaks all over. they got insurance. i left to go get what i wanted in the molding aisle. see another associate, i tell him same thing. he says yeah the landlord dont fix the roof and walks away. I get to the cashier with my molding and 1 2x4x8. I lean the three things up in the height rack and get my wallet. cashier is staring at me. i said, yes whats the matter. she says, the tag is on the bottom of my 2x4. i said yes that's where they are. so about 20-30 seconds go by and she's just standing there and i'm saying you need to scan it, go ahead. wouldn't budge. so i put my wallet down, go pick up the 2x4, so she can scan the end. I'm thinking WOW pitiful and lazy. I go there A LOT, i've seen cashiers litterally attack your cart, clicking away at the bar codes to get you out the door, smiling and confirming what you have. THis time was pittfully lazy. I can go get that at elsewhere.

Very clean, great staff, relaxing atmosphere

The store is very clean and items are easy to find. the employees are all helpful when i need them.

Great Job

A typical Saturday, the paint counter was extremely busy. Our attendant was multi-tasking, helping several clients at the same time. He did an excellent job. Probably could have used some extra hands during the paint sale.

I shop at this location often, the associates are always courteous and friendly. They will try and help even if it's not their department until the person who works in that department is available.

Most of the employees are nice and helpful, but still can't get over how rude that young girl Troy was to me.

store is clean, products are organized and easy to find, staff is very helpful (thanks Lexi)

Love to wander thru the flowers and plants. I could spend hours walking and looking at everything. Take me here, anytime!

Would love to see the Home Depot use solar power panels in their parking lot by supplying covered parking.

My most recent visit to Home Depot was a quick pop in to grab an item of which I new the location of. Whenever I do require assistance the staff is on point with excellent customer service and present a friendly encounter. Great good staff and management.

This is the best store and location to make your purchases. The Customer Service is awesome and friendly. Also the store associates quickly asks if you need help and assists you. Or find someone who can. Everyone seems to be patient, knowledgeable and friendly!

I always shop at the Harahan store. Easy to get to and friendly helpful employees always available.

Proximity to my home and job, fair prices, good merchandise layout, knowledgeable personnel, self-check-out, clean early in the day.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. if you have any issues, manager is there to help. All employees seem to have great personalities and like working under the management in place there.

This store has a variety of products that some of the other stores do not have. I received great customer service on this visit.

This was the second Home Depot store I went to today. I had such a bad experience at the first one so I was not to thrilled about having to go to another store, but I'm glad I did! I was looking for a specific item and several employees asked me if I needed any assistance before I even got to the department I needed! My husband had called ahead asking about the item and an employee stayed on the phone with him until she found it! There were only 3 left and it was not on display. She worked really hard and found it on a really high shelf. I was able to easily find her when I got to the aisle I was looking for. Another employee came and helped us get the out-of-reach item down. I messed up my self-checkout transaction by accidentally scanning the wrong barcode. The cashiers were super nice about it, voided my previous transaction, and scanned the correct barcode. Really excellent customer service and an overall fantastic experience! I will definitely be back to the Harahan location for all of my Home Depot needs!

Thed store has a very good selection of everything I need. I always find things I can use while in the store.
