Great store. Never have any problems getting my military discount. Friendly staff.

If they put a bathroom in the garden side it would mean a hole lot for the older people

the cashier Carrington was extremely friendly and helpful. wonderful person look forward to her checking me out in the future.

The shopping experience was great. When it came time to receive my order, I was treated with disrespect when I called to ask. The day delivery was due, I was advised I would not receive the order. Rescheduling was not being made convenient and I am still waiting for my appliances. A 2 week wait time has become 3. I don’t appreciate the response when asked what they could do. The appliances could have been delivered as promised.

The store is always clean and the majority of the employees are nice and helpful. Some go beyond, Sherry in contractors, Tara in cabinets, Scyrus in doors, Roger in appliances, and my new favorite Marissa (checker and REALLY helpful). She saved the day for me this morning.

I have always been impressed with the Harrison store for their friendliness and helpfulness. There is usually a person to help close by when I need help.

The store was clean and the associates were very helpful and professional.

The store is good but Home Depot always asks if I want another Home Depot credit card. I have one already, why would I want another? It is getting irritating to have to keep telling them that I don't want another card! This is frustrating enough that I don't want to go in the store anymore!

This is a better that average Home Depot. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. As with most of the big box stores, the staff needs to learn more about their inventory and products.

Staff is rude and unhelpful. Checkout takes forever. Cashiers insist on taking case quantity items out of the cases. Plumbing and electric departments don't appear to be staffed. There's really not a good reason to shop at this store.

Josh was so helpful and even gave us a discount. Originally I wasn't happy that we purchased a faucet earlier in the day and we had to make 2 trips back to get it hooked up.

I love this sgtore over Ace, Lowes etc. The customer service is absolutely wonderful!

The employees are super so willing to help when you need them, always friendly and inviting greetings ... everyone that has helped me with anything, make it thier mission that you leave completely satisfied and at times warm and fuzzy i do when think about on the rare occasion , i do have a bad day, stopping in for a pick me up only thing i would change is NOTHING!! NO... popcorn i would love to stop in and get popped popcorn....that....is ......all... Blessings
