I’m happy with special tool part to able do the job

We have purchased two major appliances at this store. It's a breeze. The sales people genuinely want to find what you need and make things as easy as possible.

We just moved into a new home, so I visit my local Home Depot at least twice a week. The employees at this store are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They make you feel like they’re glad you’re there and that they enjoy their jobs. I bought a patio set over the weekend and Paul couldn’t have been more helpful. I could fit only one box in my car, so he arranged to keep the others secure until I could pick them up the next day. And he was happy to do it!

Kitchen design specialist Lynne Andreason was super! Skillful, patient, and tuned in to the homeowner’s needs and wishes.

This store is new, the staff is friendly and helpful. The shopping experience is pleasant, but for me it is super convenient being it is near my home. They are well stocked with what I need to complete my home projects.

Its the small the small things that make the difference- use of "please" and "thank you" and "sir" and they did it all. Makes me feel valued as a customer

Usually, HD is fab. This time, however, has been a nightmare. I needed a garage door opener. Had questions about installation. Called and was told there special on installation of $97, but you have to come in and buy it in-store. So I did. They had 3 in store, but told me they bring it out with the installation, so I didn’t need to take it with me. Also, (and it’s all in the invoice/contract, they will call me within 2 days to schedule. Eight days later, they’re telling me that I didn’t pay for the product, and they have to have it shipped from the factory. A supervisor is trying to figure it all out. I have all the documentation, so they pretty much have to. But this is completely ridiculous!

After entering the store, staff members showed eagerness to help. Super friendly and helpful. I have never experienced such a level of care and service at any other Home Depot. Hope they keep it up in the years to come.

I went to the new Home Depot and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store. It is new, but very well maintained. It had plenty of products and the staff was very helpful.

This store in Haymarket is clean and well stocked, but most importantly, the staff is amazing. Everyone who I came in contact with - Steven White, Jordan, Tracy, Luis in the Lot, Tray, Brian and Luis in Tool Rental - was courteous, helpful, and great to do business with.

I have been into this Home Depot a few times now, everybody I have dealt with in the store is super helpful and pleasant.
