When I go in I seem to draw to the Service Department, those employees have it together and work so well. Damaris had been my go to, but Travis also. Just seems like they get things done. You have lots of great employees that keep that store running. Treat them well.....

I was flagged as trying to steal because I purchased 2 large storage containers and 2 shelves. In order for them to fit in my cart, I had to fold the child seat up, put the containers in first and set the shelves in the containers. I was flagged by 2 associates that I was trying to steal. So when I went to check out, I was told that they were watching me for being a thief. The first thing I said to the checkout guy was I have stuff in my containers. He wouldn't even let me check myself out. I have NEVER stolen anything in my life. Next time maybe you should treat your customers as innocent until proven guilty rather than ASSUMING the worst. Looking back on it, I should have left my cart right there and walked out and not given you my business.

We visit our local Home Depot frequently as we are doing some home improvements. The staff at the Hays Home Depot are always willing to help us with any questions we may have and helpful in making sure we get what we’re looking for.

Tonia Couse was wonderful at the check out. She scanned item.s for me, explained about credit card and walked me through the process. Quick and easy and she was awesome.

I was tagged in a fb post about 12 ft skeleton being at the Hays HD store. Called Sunday morning prior to the 8 a.m. opening. Kathleen answered and made sure there was 1 still there. Transferred to Amanda G who helped with my purchase over the phone until I could get to the location to pick up. Live 1 1/2 hours from this location. Arrived and it was waiting for me. All employees were so friendly and helpful. Finally got my 12 ft Skelly after 2 years!!!

Employees helped us find what we were looking for and answered all of our questions.

No matter what you are looking for your do-it-yourself project, you will be able to find it at Home Depot. They have a wide selection of just about everything, great prices and friendly, helpful staff to help.

I think this is the worst Home Depot ever. The help sent me in wrong direction and wouldn't help me.

I always can find an employee to help and they are Always knowledgeable and helpeful.

If you go hear look for shayla, Makayln, Robin or Matt they will not disappoint. Great services amazing people. Worth the trip

With temperatures projected to be 100+ in the coming days I decided I needed Air Conditioners. I went online and looked at the on-hand quantities and then verified that you had the models I needed by calling the store. The associate I talked to on the phone was able to verify that they indeed had the ones that I wanted on-hand. Upon arriving at the store. I went and looked through the Air Conditioners. Then I kind of glanced at the service desk and the young man there immediately asked me if I needed help? I said yes and he got on the phone and called a plumbing associate who came right over. I told him the three models I wanted, he went and fetched a flat cart and loaded them up for me and took them to the checkout by the Contractor's doors. I shopped for a little while longer and went to check out. I approached the Self-Scan checkout lanes. The associate SALE CASHIER COURTNEY saw that I was a disabled veteran and jumped right in to help me. She scanned all the merchandise, helped me sign into the app on my phone so that I could get the military discount. She really did make the whole experience better.

My husband is a veteran, we have always got a discount. The cashier explained there was a new app. But she could give us the discount. She couldn't get it in cash register. So she asked two ladies for help. The second one a big lady with bad teeth came over said had to use app. There policy. I feel it is discrimination against elderly veterans. Out phone was in the back of parking lot in motorhome. She was not friendly at all , others were wonderful.

Great customer service and it only took about 10-minutes to get everything filled out to get our order placed and schedule everything for measuring the area for Home Depot to make sure my measurements were accurate! Thank you for your great customer care

The last three times I went to this store not even one employee on the floor asked if I needed help! Not even the employee working in the aisle I was shopping! (We we’re the only two people in that aisle). I don’t feel like I’m valued as a customer so yeah, I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Thank you for great customer service experience today from all but especially Sage at the register and the young men in lawn and garden.

I had trouble with getting a large, complicated order processed. The HD system kept rejecting it for technical issues. Jenny and Tonia worked tirelessly for more than 2 hours on a Sunday to try to work through the issue, then Damaris, Robin and Shayla helped for another 90 minutes today (Damaris in particular, worked one-on-one throughout the process) to get the issues resolved, preserved the sale prices I wanted, and made sure the promotional financing was in place. They were all awesome.

Home Depot is like a toy store for me! The outlay is great, and staff are great.

Floors are dirty, bathroom is dirty, the Pro desk people are lazy and will n out help with anything.

All the people I dealt with on my last trip were very helpful and considerate.

I typically shop at the Home Depot, and always find cool products and they are high quality. The service desk associate [Erika] always does a great job! & [Damaris] in the flooring department has helped me before even in other departments.

I went to get a few items, and left very suprised and happy! All the employees were great, helpful, smiling and were intrested in helpping me. They made my day.
