I went to the Hemet store to get lumber. I think they were a little short handed that evening but even so, the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Just opened account and great service

I shop at this location almost daily and sometimes, several trips a day. I have never once been dissatisfied with service or product. I mostly use HomeDepot items for the upkeep of my home and yard, and have been for over fifteen years.

Going to Home depot by myself is like going to the jungle, but with the help of the store employee was very fun and pleasant experience.

Always do any repair in my house home depot come first to my mind to go and buy the material to do it

Busy store! Never enough employees to help. I don't really like the self check out. The garden area always seems to be over crowded and hard to get around in

I am a home owner, and do most of the small maintenance myself. Both my internal and external projects have been made easy with DIY suggestions from the Home Depot associates. Lawn care,gardening,appliances,lumber,plumbing and electrical.

Britsia with the blue hair was amazing from the start. She greeted me and called someone down to help me on asile 14 but nobody came. She saw that I was still waiting and helped my father and I get what we needed behind the shelves. She explained the promotion to us and always had a smile. Definitely mad our day. Thank you Britsia you are an amazing girl! She even helped my mother apply for the Home Depot card.

I had a return item and was having trouble installing an electrical item at my house, the staff name is Linda at the return area was very friendly and willing to help with everything I needed.

Friendly employees, helpful staff. Enjoyed my visit.

Waited for over a hour for customer service and the employee finally showed up then proceeded to help a customer who just got there

Always in stock the products I am looking for. Prices are very fair to market.

The store has served the community from the beginning of Home Depot comming to the Inland Empire.

Purchased a free standing microwave & could not believe the price. We had the same brand & model for about 15 years & paid the same price 15 years ago. What a deal!!

Merchandise is usually available at this store & easy to locate.

BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND IN LAST FEW YEARS HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF $$$ IN THIS STORE ~~MOST OF THE PEOPLE WE SPOKE TO SEEMED TO WANT TO HELP BUT THE CHECKING OUT PROCESS WAS PURE ''HELL''~MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE DOING HER A FAVOR FOR SPENDING OUR MONEY THERE ~~ONE BAD APPLE WILL SPOILE THE WHOLE PIE !!!
