Just want to say thanks to this Home Depot. The staff is always helpful and we prefer shopping at this Home Depot instead of the one that is actually closer to us. We've gotten the same cashier on several occasions and she has been GREAT! Thank you Lourdes for always smiling, being patient and welcoming. Much appreciated!

Good store for the most part . Just avoid The super hyper Mexican lady at self check out who hovers all over you , decides she wants to do everything when it’s self check out and continues to over charge things to the tube of +$100, corrects it only to get to car and see receipt and notice she billed you multiple times on some items . They can keep the money no way I’m going back in there . I’ll go punch a wall or something instead to get rid of the anxiety she causes

Really bad customer service I wait for 30 minutes to be help on the blinds department and nobody came to help to cut the blinds (of course I ask 2 different employees for help but neither had the "training" to use the blind cutter)

These people refused to let me make a purchase with my DEBIT card without my ID card!!?? I have the PIN number and refused this bs!

If anyone is ever Looking for that "one special, odd ball item" for Home Improvement that no Other Store has; Trust Me; "Home Depot will have that One Special Item you are Looking for".

I have had good experience shopping here. The store is always busy. That tells me others like shopping here as well.

I usually like this store. I was disappointed today. Need more customer service reps and enforce masks or can not enter depot.

This is my neighborhood hardware go to store. I am a retired professional but was a carpenter for a few year prior to my career in real estate. I'm retired, but would enjoy working in my neighborhood Home Depot. What is the hiring policy for hiring experienced contractors that are now retired? Your response is appreciated. Thanks, Richard

I always seem to walk in the wrong end of the store for the product I want. Wouldn't it be great if there was a video kiosk when I enter the store at either end where I could enter the product I want and would be told which aisle and whether in the front half of the store or the rear.

The store was clean, organized and have a friendly staff.

If I need repair items I go to Home Depot. They carry contractor / handyman items.

The female associate was friendly and very helpful. I did receive the assistance I needed to find what I was looking for. I have been shopping at the Henderson store for many years.

I realize these days are stressful for many people. And I believe in our everyday Hussle to take care of our things. We forget those who have to deal with our stress and strains.. I would like to thank all the Home Depot Team Members for their Courteous, Professional and Kind Treatment. Home Depot is a favorite of mine. And I'm sure of others too. You all made my patio sliding door purchase the BEST!!!!

Although I had assistance shopping by an employee, received great service, several other customers looking for assistance also were searching for assistance. It seems like that they need more help.

An employee by the name of delisa helped me as i was having trouble getting product from a different home depot. That was the first time I had visited sunset store..i will definitely be back because of her. Great job!!

This was a total fiasco from the very beginning I called your store to find out the proper procedure to purchase carpet. I spoke to a young man and he took my information and told me that someone from measuring would be calling me but it was better if I went down to the store and picked out which carpet I wanted so when the measuring person came I would have all the information. I went in the next day I dealt with Leigh and she told me that was not the procedure that I needed to pay the $35 for the measure and pick out carpeting, I didn’t know how much I needed and I knew how much I could spend so we just worked up a quote so I could get an idea. The guy came and measured my house and after a few calls from Rhonda at your 800 number, I went back to the store to pick out my carpet. I worked with Leigh again she brought up the original quote but the measuring guy had added on my entry way which is wood I didn’t want that covered so she had to call the measure company to have that taken off for a new quote, well they wound up taking off the whole living room so then she had to call them back and have it added back on.. at that time the computer kept adding on a $400 charge for a seven day rush, which I did not ask for. Leigh had to go to her supervisor Chrystal 3 different times Natalie came to help and another lady to get it fixed, computer kept adding on charges and dropping things off. After 4 different quotes to try and get it right, the system dropped my order completely..I was there from 11:17 in the morning to 2:20 in the afternoon and finally I just said forget it and blew a $3,000 sale because of all the kinks in the system. Leigh was great she really tried hard but I have to say, she’s just a little bit too social, with all the problems that we were having she would pause my job every time a coworker would walk by to ask them how their lunch was, what they spent on it, what they did on their days off, etc. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had trying to spend my money! She kept thanking me for my patience which was growing thinner by the hour .. I finally told them to forget the deal and that I wanted my $35 deposit back there was a supervisor that had come to help us twice I think her name was Tina or Tia she granted me my $35 refund I walked out of the store about 210 on April 22

Very good store. Concern over customer safety was present. Clean and safe.

With one exception many years ago, I always receive excellent customer service at this store. The associates are friendly, knowledgeable and make me feel like a guest in their home. The store is generally well stocked and maintained and the folks working at the customer service desk are particularly helpful. This is my "Go To" Home Depot Store.
