The associate, Jonah was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products and locations of the store. Jonah took extra time to locate my products, which where on the top of the shelves. Jonah, represents your store very well by being patient and kind to the customer and going the extra mile to be very helpful.

great place to shop with great people working there

I was having difficulty finding flooring and carpet that was needed , the BG KY store did not have either, and I finally located it in Hendersonville, and it was late when i did, the woman that was helping me, went above and beyond to help me, and I was actually still talking to her at 25 minutes after closing time, I appreciated her help but was concerned it might cause her a problem, I sure hope not. Thanks.

Go and ask for Big John! I saw a window display on Pinterest that I decided to do for my Fred Astaire Dance Studio I just opened. I luckily ran into Big John. I described what I wanted to do and he helped make suggestions of how to do it, cut pvc pipe for me, took me to all the other pieces I needed for the project, even helped load my car! I have never received such awesome customer service at a home improvement store. He literally made my day! Thank you Big John!

Ashley at the return desk was a bright spot in an otherwise forgettable shopping experience. Friendly, helpful and did what needed to be done to try to make this satisfactory

I have always shopped at Lowe’s for my needs!equipment,tools,lumber ,but I was impressed with the Hendersonville store,very clean. The associates were friendly and easy to find if you needed help. I might have to reconsider wherei shop now

I was in this store today for additional items and was helped by an employee in product pickup and while shopping was helped by an employee walking by. All were friendly including the employee checking me out. I love walking into the store at the lighting department which gives a bright and cheery feeling. I also went to the garden center which had some planter pots filled with beautiful flowers one of which I bought.

THE EMPLOYEES ARE SO AVAILABLE AND NICE. THERE IS ALWAYS A SENSE THAT THEY WANT TO HELP YOU. I TRULY LIKE SHOPPING AT THE HENDERSONVILLE HOME DEPOT. THERE IS SUCH A LARGE SELECTION OF ITEMS.

Have been happy with service and help if needed. Hope it does not change and always looks for better ways to improve.

Was not able to find a associate for help and some of them walking around with no mask on. Then there was debris scattered on the floor and Millwork and and garden.

Friendly staff, everything is relatively easy to find, and they usually have great sales too.

Pam at the paint desk is an angel. Really sweet and very helpful! It’s always nice to shop somewhere where the employees genuinely want to help you

When returning a mower that did not work straight out of the box, I went first to returns. Then I was told I had to go to tool rentals and they would check it out to see if they could fix it. I went to tool rental and they said we wont check it out. They drained the gas out of it then told me to go back to returns. The girls in returns, Victoria, did not as much speak to me other than to ask if I wanted an email receipt mailed to me. No apology for my inconvenience. No trying to make it right for the customer. Very poor customer service all the way around. This was my first experience with home depot and likely my last.

I would recommend Ryan in the gardening section. He was extremely friendly and helped us with everything. Even helping us in a department that he did not work at! Karen at the register was also very friendly. I would’ve given it a 5 star simply for them being so kind and helpful! However, the bald, younger guy with a beard wasn’t helpful at all and made us cut our own trim! I wish we could have people like Ryan and Karen around in every department. I’m extremely satisfied with everything they did for us.

the customer service rep is way too experienced and professional to handle my request I guess I was walking out going to the other big store after I met first rep he didn't help me at all but on my way out from the store I decide to talk to the lady on cs desk for real she was so patient and full of knowledge next time I wont waste my time with someone else I ll go straight to this nice lady
