GOOD JOB OF EMPLOYEES

I am a die hard Home Depot Fan. I have shopped many Home Depots and some are better than others. I recently moved to Holiday and started shopping in the holiday Home Depot and was amazed how helpful courteous the employees were that I had interacted with. Keep up the good work.

if you need ANY appliances or please stop and see Emily she is an amazing associate. She is knowledgeable and explained the entire ordering process of buying an appliance. look no further!!!

I purchased my first live Christmas tree at this store, Great selection! the employee who assisted me provided me with outstanding customer service! I was also received the same wonderful assistance from the cashier who helped me on two different occasions! I traveled 15 miles to come to this store. Well worth the drive!

Had an excellent experience with Jose in the garden department this evening and his knowledge was spectacular!! Jose recommended the correct soil for my application and explained why!! There were more than 7 different types to pick from. Best experience in Home Depot ever! Thank you Jose.

Apart from this particular store being the best of all the rest ..i have to show homage and respect to one particular employeee who blows my mind evey time i walk in he is in wheel chair unfortunately but he can tell u ware evvry thing is any item i challlenge u or any one ..walkin in that home depot in holiday florida which is the particular store i frequent often .. go in there and ask for this person in the wheel chair and ask him u r loookin for any particular item and i can and willl guaranteeeee promise and assure u daf he can and will tell u exxacctly ware that item is exxactly i assure u and promise u. U will b immpressed cus dam im allways impressed wen i jus show him a pik of the item and bammm he tells u in seconds ware exactly ware it is wut shelf left or rite top or bottom and dam it dats immpressive and skilllful may i addd i thank him and appreciate him deerly

If you know what you want and know where it is it’s al good . If you need help in the store forget it . Employees look at you and walk right by. I had another customer that actually helped me find my hdmi cables. Obviously you don’t have sales people anymore.

The cashier was great and friendly her name was Robin S. They often have everything I am looking for.

Please look at the notes & the many calls I had to make regarding issue after issue. Order #WJ10891330. It has been a nightmare of issues, being passed around with no real resolution, and many pictures to show damage & the fire that almost started in our kitchen when the last group of men were here. Not to mention 3 microwaves and 3 dishwashers & things not being properly installed. This is from an online order through home depot.com.

This store consistently has great friendly knowledgeable people working there. Everybody looks like there having a great time period. This is the go to location in this area for home improvement.

I feel the store is dark. If the floor was lighter it would freshen up everything.

This store is convenient to my location. Generally it is neat and clean. For the most part the associates are pleasant, courteous and willing to help you. They generally have most of the common items in stock. However, in the past 3 - 5 years now the inventory control and levels have been faltering. It's becoming to where I can't come to get my supplies to complete a fairly simple project in one shopping trip. I either have to come back in a few days, only if I can wait that long, or I go down the road to the competitors to get the remaining supplies I need. Reliability has become questionable. Thus, I'm shopping now more than I have with other competitors than in the past. Online also isn't so reliable at times. It will show an item in stock at this store but when I get there it isn't in stock. It has been out for awhile already. The Palm Harbor, FL store seems to have a better inventory levels and controls in place but that is a distance for me to go when I have at least two other competitors closer to me.

I will write something after I visit today. Didn't get done what I wanted to as they didn't have what I wanted but told me another store 6-8 miles farther away had some.

This store does have experts in main merchandise departments which is important as it not only saves time but helpful to solve home related fixes with right and new technology tools and materials and sometimes newer methods.

Friendly Staff. Helps the elderly. Products were found easily.

regarding the situation I put in my survey, the lady was dis respected first, I'm a manager of a restaurant and I know it's hard to have to reprimand in situations like this, she should not have done what she did, per say, but he clearly was out of line yelling at the mgr. Manager allowed him to speak way too much. could of been handled much better.
