I am always very happy when I check out at the register. I usually go to the one that Leslie is working at. She’s always very friendly and always thinks my husband for his service in the army. It makes him feel good. Nice to be recognized.

Home Depot rep, Liz, went above and beyond to help me during my two (2) previous trips to Home Depot! Great member of the Hooksett staff!!!

We love shopping here. Great customer service, better than a local competitor that we used to frequent but don't anymore due to terrible customer relations and very poor service. We have NEVER experienced that here and this is our go to now

Had a ton of annoying issues with Home Depot’s Protection Plan, just trying to use the Visa card I got from the plan. It was impossible to use anywhere because none of Home Depot’s services allow you to split payments. It was awful. But Kelli, the girl at the front desk, was super chill and understanding about the whole thing. We spent about an hour trying to figure it out. But it was unable to be resolved, instead the company who Allstate issues the cards from told me to wait 7-10 days? Because my money wasn’t available? Honestly Kelli tried her best and she helped me a ton. She was easily the best part of the whole experience.

We were looking at floring and we're very happy with the information provided by Art, we will come back with measurements to order what we found that we liked.

Great service, Tim the locksmith did a great job rekeying my new locks. Very professional and friendly and did the work quickly. Very impressed with the service from staff, always a pleasure working with the Home Depot in Hooksett!

I didn’t come in for an oven , I was their to buy a $2 item in plumbing and saw a nice range with a great price and my wife was recently complaining about ours so opportunity and price and the person who ran the dept was their to help me out, he was very professional and even helped me load it.. wish I got his name, he was a very tall bigger guy, and a great personality to match it

The store has abundant supplies of a wide variety and very helpful employees.

Each time I use the Pro Desk I always get expert help from Kathy, Chris, Angel and Eric. It is always a pleasure to work with any of them.

Everyone - from the person who helped me find my item; to the cashier, and the gentleman who loaded my item into my car were extremely helpful.

Oh water heater broke. Went online found a reasonably priced water gas water heater at Home Depot. Had my son go down to get it everybody that helped out is very friendly and courteous.

Within minutes of this store are many big box stores that allow you to get many errands done in one trip. Not sure I can mention them here, if i could the list is long. Check your phone’s map app. Briefly, groceries, clothing, house wares, 2 major department stores, a major sporting goods chain. and more. Not to mention the staff is excellent.

Angelique was by far the most enthusiastic employee i have encountered there in the past month in the morning. Extremely outgoing and very intuitive. Definitely will set your mood for the rest of the day.

I purchased two 8' x 25" butcher block counter tops. They were loaded and on a trolley at customer service in less than the hour it took me to drive there, as promised. Great team from the product area rep, customer rep who greeted me, to the guy whoi helped me load.

Ron was very helpful in helping me find a shrink kit for my door after this big snow storm!

Paul helped me with some 50lbs bags of salt. We talked as he put them in my car. He's a very nice young man. I tried to tip him and he said he couldn't take it. I think customers should be able to if they want to. It would be a win-win.... The customers would be happy, the employee would be happy and they would more likely to to stay working there. Hold on to him.....he's very polite.
