At self-checkout in the Garden Center, one item did not have a barcode. There was a male and female employee assigned to the self-checkout area standing ten feet away from me having a casual conversation. I asked for help and the female employee shrugged, and said "I don't have a way of looking that up" in a tone that said "don't care, I don't want to help you". Then I looked it up on my phone instead since she was so unapologetically unhelpful.

If you want to be treated like crap, VISIT this store. I haven't met a single person here who ISN'T rude. Unfortunately, the store manager has no backbone, as I have spoken to him a number of times about his employees, but he does nothing to fix the problem. A lady in Appliances is a real piece of work. "Troy" is another rude individual who acts like a child. Unfortunately, people shop at this store, because there's not another close by. I will now drive out of my way to avoid these people.

I was having a hard time finding the product I was looking for. I asked for help and one of the managers walked around the store with me and help me find what I was looking for. He also spent extra time in cutting my materials just the right size that I needed. I was very impressed and grateful for his assistance.

Had a great experience shopping for a new washing machine today! Gabe was helpful, informative and had a fun sense of humor, making a not so fun task enjoyable.

The store was clean and well stocked. Gabe, one of the associates, was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He never made me feel stupid or that I wasn't important.

Every time I go into this store I have a great experience. I find what Im looking for and if I need help its right there. Love this Home Depot!

This store us very well organized so finding what I need for my projects is simple. There is also a lot of staff who are knowledgeable so my questions are always answered quickly and correctly.

Go to the store on warner and goldenwest. It’s also in Huntington Beach and only about 5 minutes away. This store has horrible and uninformed staff. Never had such a bad experience at a Home Depot in my 20 years as a contractor. This is Not over one major thing, just an hour visit that I witnessed multiple examples of employees that had no idea about the store or department they worked in general. Unfriendly and no real drive to be helpful. Reminded me of DMV employees. This store is not worth your time

well organized store

If you ever have a DIY project to do, look for Steve Frazelle! He gave me inside tips as a contractor that I would have never known! As a business woman, I was clueless on what to do when remodeling my daughter's room, but both him and Raymond Moreno put me at ease.

There was an English manager, I believe he was moved to another store. He had always most helped then ever I went into the store. I would highly suggest, if you have the opportunity, to bring him back to your store.
