We have gone to this Home Depot for years. The associates are very helpful and friendly. They ask to help find items one needs which makes getting out of the store with time to spare. The store itself is clean and uncluttered which makes shopping a pleasure.

Unless Home Depot improves their military discount policy, I will not make any further purchases. I felt insulted by cashier clerk. I showed her my drivers license which has armed forces directly on it and basically was not one of the company’s required proof of ID. STATE ISSUED DRIVER LICENSE which displays my affiliation with the armed forces is not proof enough for 10% military discount??? I had to take official discharge paper to have this printed on my driver’s license. Furthermore, for those that have served to protect our country, this is the treatment we get in return! Home Depot, you should be ashamed!

I can’t really lift anything because I’m about to have back surgery. I had to get tile though before I’m off for that. I needed 10 cases, and was worried that I would hurt myself having to lift it all. Your employee, a man named Dutch, helped me out greatly by loading it all for me. I very much appreciate him. He had no idea about my back at the time, he was just being friendly and helpful, so it’s even more special that he helped me

This store was clean, neat and the employees especially in the lawn and garden department were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Special thanks to an employee that helped me find product and loaded my car for me. "Bobby"!

Great experience shopping at the Home Depot in Barboursville, WV The employees are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! The store was clean and products were easy to locate. I went in to buy lumber for a deck I’m building. I can’t always find a person that is working back there, but this time a man named Dutch was working in lumber. He cut the lumber I needed right away and to my specifications. I would like to thank him for his help

I had purchased a bathroom sink. An employee of yours at the Barboursville location actually loaded the sink for me into my vehicle! His name is Dutch. No one has ever helped me load anything before, and I am pleasantly surprised and greatly appreciative of his help!

I needed help with an order I had placed when I arrived to pick it up. A man called Dutch came to help me. I t actually took almost half an hour to get it because it ended up having the wrong label on it when the worker found it. He was so helpful and polite while he was searching that it prevented me from leaving angry about it
