In the midst of a HUGE renovation, these Home Depot employees really skip a beat to help me!

I had the best experience shopping at my local Home Depot, though I’d share a bit. Had no idea what I was doing but know I needed help, found that help in plumbing, & was Ted to give a big thank you to George in Plumbing for going above & beyond helping me with everything I needed, he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, fast & efficient right to the checkout

Visiting this store many times, we have had little help until this visit when all of our products were in, and our order that was made six weeks ago, is actually going to be delivered on time!

Not only was our Cashier, Evelyn (08169) helpful and patient, she also was cheerful and pleasant.

I got all my lumbers appliances at home depot. The prices and discounts were very helpful.

The store is expanding and merchandise is being moved around. Parking lot is inadequate during construction due to appliances being in temporary building in the middle of the parking lot

Two employees took the time to assist me in obtaining a small item that appeared to be out of stock. I was in and out in 15 minutes and could not be more impressed!

I feel compelled to write a review about Deb M., who works in appliances at store #2612 in Hyannis, Massachusetts. Deb spent over an hour with me, trying to resolve an issue we are having with a defective dryer we recently purchased. Deb did everything within her power to resolve the issue, and took the time to set up a service call with the manufacturer. I can’t say enough about Deb’s professionalism, empathy, patience, and commitment to excellent customer service.

My past 2 trips to Home Depot in Hyannis were very satisfying. The selection of appliances was terrific. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really am more than happy

I went to the store today to return an item that was incorrectly sent to me from an online order. It was a horrible experience. I've been to this home depot before but do most of my hardware related shopping at locally owned shops. Clearly, the relationship between hiring humans with brains and heart to manage all problems, including those of online purchases, is not a priority for this store. Possibly this is so for the entire company?? I don't think I will try to find out.

The store feels safe and clean during COVID and there are great sale prices and good variety of products. Steve and Bob in the appliance section were THE BEST! They were super helpful and very friendly.

I wanted to make sure I gave a shout out to Ivan! He was more than eager to help us put our new grill into the back of my husbands truck! He told us about the survey on our receipt and was so helpful, friendly and kind! The world needs more guys like him!

This is The Best Home Depot I have ever shopped at!! People greet you always and ask to help you.

This store is ok if you know what you are looking for and it is in stock, otherwise you are going to have a frustrating time navigating the store hoping the employee you manage to flag down knows where the item is. Advice on products can be tricky as well: I got more help from a contractor who I bumped into one of the isles regarding a reliable brand of air compressor than a store employee. To conclude: I would only go here if I absolutely need to, otherwise I would go elsewhere.

Aisles filled with people and products being stocked. Trying to find anyone for assistance was crazy. First person told me not my deptment!!

This store has always had what I need. The sales associates Bring you to the product! I have special ordered window shades for all of my windows from this store and they were very nice and helpful. Sometimes I like to just walk the aisles as I find items that I did not know about and could use in the future, it is good to know what you have. I purchased my patio table and umbrella from this store in the past also.

I was so surprised at home good the service was at Home Depot Hyannis, i purchased a washer and dryer first and the salesman, Steve M. was amazing and so patient and expllained every question I had in detail. The staff member is the reason I am so pleased with my recent visit,

the HD website said the store had 20 p/t molded deck hand rails in stock. i know these can twist and warp. so i called Pro Desk, asked if they could check the actual number and condition. HE WOULD NOT CHECK!!! i needed them to complete job, drove 18 miles.......and only 10 were useable....the others were twisted pretzels....very displeased

There was just a ton of staff ready to h*** and they seem to be everywhere of course it was a Saturday and it was very busy but it was a very smooth transition and how getting products everything was great knowledgeable staff very productive quick visit

Great Customer Service!

This store has some great staff. The spirit, the vibe, is good despite the Covid Freakout and all the nonsense swirling about and the dramatic price hikes everywhere.

It's tough to be a Home Depot on a small footprint - local zoning won't allow a larger store - so their inventory is smaller than larger footprint locations. Given the limitations, they do OK - when I look for something on the web and it's identified as being in Aisle X, Section W it's there. The problem with this store is that it's always a mess - aisles blocked with unstocked merchandise, shelves in disarray, stuff so haphazardly stacked on the upper shelves that even the associates can't find the right things. Staff is more than helpful but some are lacking in training or experience. I once witnessed a staff member giving totally erroneous information to someone asking about wiring a dimmer into their dining room light fixture - definitely not acceptable. In that instance I identified myself as a contractor supervisor and advised the customer to seek out a licensed electrician. Overall I'd give them a B , maybe a B+, but they could certainly improve the appearance of the place. Staff gets an A, rest of the place not as good.
