Eric at the customer service area has been incredibly patient and efficient while dealing with my returns and substitutions, It went smoothly and with a smile on his face I appreciate that!

My Home Depot. Huge selection of so many many items. Most of all I love the kind and caring and knowledgeable people! This is my first stop and usually only stop for non grocery items.

Best service I have ever received from a home depot. This is now my home store. I will drive past my old home depot to shop this one.

Justin in paint is the man! He jogged over to the window treatment section and sliced up my blinds like a ninja!

Not sure why my even exchange took so long yesterday after a help desk rep went to located an unopened replacement unit (took 20mins); another employee from the help desk ended up intervening, and he was quick and courteous. I had to make an additional purchase, Cameron was on the spot, courteous and quickly rang me up. The store seemed clean, I have had pretty good prior experiences at this store in terms of finding items and receiving courteous assistance when I need it.

I was looking to replace my toro lawn mower. I stopped @ store # 2843 I was pleasantly surprised with customer service. I certainly will be shopping @ this Home Depot store.

Great customer service. Found what I needed.

Received the most awesome customer service in the Yard & Garden area. It's the time of year to transition the houseplants from outdoors to indoors involving purchasing 8 extra large planters and the enormous amount of potting soil to fill those planters. From the beginning (getting the planters from the top of the shelves) to end (loading the items into my vehicle) of the purchase process. Truly grateful for the team at my hometown Home Depot.

I don’t have anything bad to say about the store itself, but Justin in lumber is awful. The guy had to ask how to cut wood to the half inch (I had to show him where the half inch line was on the tape measure), he took his mask off so he could ‘think better’ despite sneezing and sniffling throughout the interaction, he cut the wood to the incorrect then told me they’re supposed to cut the lumber at least a half inch short, and he paused during the cuts to check out a female customer’s posterior. Thankfully Mike the supervisor was able to help me out. The whole thing too an hour and a half.

The employees at this location are always very friendly and helpful. As a single lady homeowner, I always appreciate their input and expertise for whatever projects I have and the ability to "purchase" door installers rather than trying to find a handy person. Love working with Home Depot experts! :)

I like the lumber department at home depot. Others have told me also they have the better lumber. I have to agree. May cost a little more than Menards, but much better lumber.

The supplies I needed were easy to find and access. I had capable and friendly assistance from Justin who cut boards for me twice this week. The whole process was fast and efficient from selection to assistance to checkout.

Wow how eefreshing to shop at home depot today. It was my first time shopping here. I was looking to purchase a carpet cleaner ebd up renting one for a fraction of the cost, and the customer service was superb.

The clerks are always helpful and willing to take you to the exact location of the product you're looking for.

Incredible service and advice was greeted at door and needed cart and advice on a new toilet and shop light Paul walked and helped use choose. Great advice and made sure we had everything we need to complete job. Found out Paul was Store manager was incredibly impressed how he made us feel like we were the most important customers in the store. It is great to see a store manager in the store selling and assisting customers.

Complete buffoons working this store (you'd think they were menards employees). Went to richfield store for a light fixture, they were out but Allen was able to determine IGH had 15 in stock. Before going on the job site the next morning, I went to the IGH store and the employees were not only unable to locate the product they couldn't figure out (even with the HD picture of the item) what it was. Drove back to Richfield Home Depot, where Allen got the sku number, call IGH to verify they actually had 15 (apparently the dude who answered simply looked at his computer which, duh, Allen had already done). Drove back to IGH with the SKU number only to be told they didn't have them or if they did they had no idea where in the store they were. Finally after some serious complaining, they finally located the lights in the DOOR/WINDOWS section of the store. Who put light fixtures in doors/windows section? They should obviously been in light section or at least electrical. Just horrible to spend 2 hours for a light. Thank goodness for Allen and the Richfield Home Depot. They at least know what they're doing!!!!

We came in because our mower died mid-mow yesterday, and we needed a replacement. The manager Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and features. He even brought the mower right out to my car for me - thanks!

Bob was Fantabulus went well above and beyond what any one else would do at a home depot. He asked me if he could help me with something and the stock was way up high and he went and got it down and checked me out and helped me load it. I can't tell you how much of a difference people like Bob make. I'll be shopping at this store from now on. Had a good experience with Carl he was helpful and friendly. Great People you have at this location.

Bryan (and all other employees I've encountered) was incredibly helpful. They helped me find great products, for great prices with zero pressure to buy something I didn't want.

I have to say the workers here are great at helping non handy man (well, women) people like me at being creative with DIYs !!! They have helped me get screws for a wood bed frame in the past (lost mine), make a piece to create more counter space, figure out which way to repair our damaged privacy fence/deck, buy a cupboard to make an “L” shaped kitchen that has limited space, and create a DIY shelf over a sink. The workers here are creative and patient with people like me, even when I have three kids with me.

Employees are courteous and helpful, ready to answer questions. I have always had good service in any department.

I recently went in to this location for my snowblower to get some work done. I was met by Francis and Dai Shawn. They were so cool! They were both extremely helpful to me as well as extremely polite! They worked for the easier problems to fix and did only what was necessary and didn’t just do things to charge me more money. If you’re in need of snowblower maintenance GO TO THESE GUYS NOW!!! They stay pretty current and aren’t backed up! These guys have my business as long as they are there!
