I think all of the Employees at the store # 2775 go out of there way to Help customers and are very Friendly!!

Sam was amazing! Super helpful and cut wood to spec.

I've noticed most employees here have a good attitude and are extra helpful to customers. Some are cheerful.

All of the staff is very helpful and friendly! They really go above and beyond to make sure you are finding what you need as well as helpful in returning items.

This store hires the most qualified people for their respective department. They are knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you find what your looking for. Time is money, wandering around in a giant warehouse looking for something is a colossal waste of time. The employees here walk you to the item you are looking for instead of telling you an isle number or general location like the other Big Box store.

on 5/16/2021 in the evening-after a 10 hr part of a 12 hr drive: i stopped in to the iron mtn home depot. brittney and audrey helped out like a couple of rockstars. brittney founf me what i was seeking in paint and hardware-audrey got me out thru the check out line easy-peasy. 2 hrs furthur back to the keweenaw that evening. the day hit its high point in iron mtn.

I always have great experiences at this store. The employees are always friendly and very willing to help and genuinely seem to like and enjoy their jobs.

I will NOT recommend Home Depot to any Veteran! Home Depot will not give every vet a discount. Only a select few get it, even though we all took the same risks. The point is that there are a lot of veterans that live on fixed incomes and we need to save where we can. A 10% discount isn't much but it could mean the difference to vets like myself that need to watch every penny. What really got me, was a few checkout clerk's gave me the discount, during previous visits, but not this last time. The clerk was snotty and rude and flat out refused the discount. Practically said I didn't deserve it. If you're veteran stay away from home depot because they don't respect ALL veterans! They discriminate against the majority of us!

The store is well organized, stock is neatly in place. The employees are always willing to help. I will return with my list and know that the staff will help me.

Employees are available for question and the isles not cluttered. The store is always clean, has a large selection in each category. Plenty of room for parking and pick up for contractors.

There is some of the nicest people that work at the Home Depot in Iron Mountain Michigan always kind and helpful and if they don't know the answer they will get somebody who does that's pure professionalism
