The same people have been working at this store for years. They a professional, friendly and so helpful. Home Depot is my first stop always !!!

Store can't seem to get good cashiers the floor people are mostly helpful but, unless you're doing self check out don't bother with this store as the cashiers are rude and inconsiderate

Every time I go to this site, representatives are willing and quick to assist me. I enjoy coming to this Home Depot. I highly recommend this site if customers are looking for reps that understand areas in painting, HVAC, garage doors, outdoor work, doors, etc.

The store is clean and the associates were very helpful and well informed.

I always find everyone willing to help and they are knowledgeable.Big point is this store has so improved their lot assistance. Wonderful when someone is there to help load and sometimes unload you truck or car.

This is my favorite Home Depot store. The associates are extremely friendly and very helpful and go to all lengths to get an answer to questions or find someone who will if they don't know.

The Irondequoit store employees are more friendly and helpful than the Greece store.

The worst customer service at the online pick up desk! At least a twenty minute wait for your item. Pick and pay at the self check out would be much quicker. People that have bad attitudes shouldn't be working in that department. The people working in that department shouldn't be doing anything else except expediting online orders instead of of helping people with complex special orders and truck rental and answer the phones.

The associate at the register was very friendly.

The worst Home Depot in the Rochester region. It’s small and frequently out of even common products, or items are in stock but not on shelves. Aisles are small and sometimes difficult to navigate because random products or pallets are in the way. Understaffed, and the few employees they do have are often disgruntled or minimally helpful. At least returns are easy because they don’t care! Online / pick up in store orders usually aren’t bad if this is the most convenient location, so it may be better to just do that than have to deal with the rest of the store.

Bionca and Becca @ customer service were great. They took the time to give me exactly what I needed when I was there to ensure ready to tackle all the work I had ahead of me. Bionca demonstrated excellent leadership skills by talking Becca through the process of making adjustments for a product I was looking for and the correct quantity I needed. Both ladies were knowledgeable and demonstrated the integrity needed to run any customer service desk effectively and most of all efficiently. Thanks ladies.

It is great that this store and surrounding stores support the Flower City Work camp during Easter break.

Clean, well stocked, pleasant staff. I've never had any complaints about this Home Depot location. It is preferable to many of the other local home improvement stores.

I have been going to this store since it opened. For one of few times I can remember I havent had issuses. Todaywas terrible! Associstes all too busy to help, no one asked if I could use help like always, not even a hello. Finally was approached by hvac seller and she had someone page overhead for me. After 15 minutes of waiting, no one ever showed up! Couldnt even find a manager to help me. Amd still spent my money here. Seeing huge slip of customer service this store has ALWAYS had. Now every employee doesnt talk or provide good customer service. Getting to point of changing the store i shop at! Also mmany shelves of things i needed were empty and or poorly stocked

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were very precise in trying to find the best possible solution to my home needs. I would continue to go to this store for all my home needs and supplies.

Home Depot has some really good employees like Tammy, Bianca , and Asst manager Joe i have came encounter with they have been very courteous and respectful to me no only on the phone but in person as well. Overall Home Depot is a very business place once afternoon hit but you can and will get some support - can be time consuming at times but have to know what your going for, patience, and not be in a rush. thank you Home Depot
