I would highly recommend that anyone shopping there go talk to one of the two people that helped me in the store last Saturday. Elice and Jim went out of their way to make sure that everything I needed was taken care of and they are outstanding employees. I will go find one of them the next time I need something in the store. I was looking for a ceiling fan and they had lots in stock and many choices to pick from.

I went in at 8:30AM to find the "Memorial Day In-Store Daily Deal" on a Ryobi Blower/Trimmer. I could not find it so asked the two associates at the main cashier station. They insisted it had been on sale all week and was all gone. When I told them this was not the one on sale all week, but a special in-store one-day sale, they refused to consider it. They would not ask anyone else, they would not look it up online, they would not look at the sale ad. They simply said they had been there all week and the item was all gone. They said 'ALL the Ryobi sale items are in the display right there and if it's not there it is out.' I went to the customer service desk where the associate was very helpful, she called for assistance and soon a guy brought one up. Please train these associates to give the customer some consideration that they just may possibly have a clue what they are asking about; before rudely refusing to help further.

Head Cashier Luis was a great help when I went in earlier today.

MOST employees at this store provide provide exceptional customer service. I will NOT let a bad apple ruin my day as I have had them there and just about anywhere you deal with the public.It's up to management to correct and retrain their employees or get rid of them!

Excellent customer service from Kelsey in Cashiering. I also needed assistance loading mulch and the young lady in the Garden Dept was right on it. Wish i would have gotten her name. These two girls/women proved excellent customer service.

Don't ask for help because you most likely won't get it. Had to load 15 bags of cement by myself. This was after I asked for help and I was told only if I didn't have help. I was by myself with no help

The store is clean and very well stocked. Friendly employees make shopping quick and easy

I wanted to remodel my kitchen and bathroom. After checking out other stores, someone suggested Home Depot. I was pleasantly surprised at the help and service in planning out my new kitchen. Mike spent a great deal of time with me, making sure that no detail was overlooked and that I would end up with a beautiful new kitchen. This is definitely my go to place for any future planning.

Always clean & organized. Employees are always around to answer questions & usually walk you to what you are looking for. After retirement my husband started a painting company. He always went to Home Depot for paint. He worked for DuPont, Valspar, Sherwin Williams & others. He sold the raw material for making paint. Always used Ben Moore! He switched to Behr for years because he thought it was a better value! Price, quality & selection. I have continued to do the same.

I had an exceptional experience at this store tonight. Each of the three employees that assisted me went above and beyond what they had to do. I value customer service above anything else when I shop.

Need to train cashiers on basic costumer service skills. A basic smile goes a long way.

We started our trip at a competitor store, it was a more convenient location. Big mistake! Long story short... We ended up at Home Depot. So glad we went to Home Depot!!! We found just the light fixture we wanted. We got the best customer service at Home Depot!! Van and Rob in lighting/ electric are awesome guys! Jessica was very helpful in helping me find the product i needed. 4" by 5' vent pipe. The item only had 3 on the shelf and she found me 5 more.

Myself and my father shop consistently at Home Depot it’s our best choice for tools and hardware thanks to everyone for helping us when we needed assistance the women are always attentive knowledgeable and beautiful too. And the men are on point with things good job to everyone! Oscar, & Jimmy son

Went to Home Depot to look at their artificial trees, and had no problem found just what I wanted and in the right price range, this will be our first artificial tree, at our age and the kids gone, much easier to just set this up, just for the grand kids.

This store was very clean and the employees are very helpful.

Very displeased with the delivery service company you use. They do not represent you as a partner but as a mere business component and do a horrible job with it. May want to consider using other delivery services who actually do their job right.

Every customer will be greeted by an enthusiastic employee. Whatever department you enter, you will be greeted with a smile. One particular employee Olga Price will be happy to help you purchase any flooring you would like. She is warm, personable, and very friendly when you enter her department.

I was in a hurry so I thought it would take me longer than it did,because my electrician was on his way to take his granddaughter to Disney on ice .it was quick with the help and little girl was on time to the show.

This store is always very busy but they always have what I need and people to help me. I would give 10 stars if this would let me. They always do a great job.
