Seen a lot of new employees provided great customer service

This store is always clean and organized. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

I had a 15% off coupon that was emailed to me from Home Depot. For some reason, the coupon code did not work at the cash register. I took this to the customer service cashier, Sylvia, who with the help of David, helped me resolve this issue to my full satisfaction. I was so happy with them and their concern for me as a customer. They went above and beyond to get this done and made my day! Thank you for hiring such nice and talented people. I look forward to shopping in your store often.

Unhelpful associates and managers at this store busy avoiding customers and making personal,phone calls

From paint, to 2 X 4's and a pressure washer and More...they have always had what we have gone to find for our various needs.

No human cashiers. Auto checkout at one end of store and inconvenient depending on your location. Should have several human cashiers. No help readily available. Not fun shopping here.

Don't try to return things you bought over 90 days ago. I am stuck with a box of ABS plumbing parts I bought about 100 days ago. Previously they would give store credit for things like that but now you just get treated badly and sent away.

I ordered a freezer online to be delivered to my son in WA. Unfortunately the wrong one was delivered. Jacob corrected the situation and got the correct one delivered the same day!!! Awesome service! The shelves are always well-stocked with whatever random thing I happen to need and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I shop at the Home Depot in Issaquah often, more so during the summer months. The associates always greet me and ask if I need help or have any questions. Their plant selection is also top notch.

Visited the nursery and we are always pleased with the ease of shopping and selection and staff are always friendly.

I have made many trips in the past month and thus far, everyone I encounter has been friendly, helpful and I have found the items I needed. I will continue to bring my business here.

Stocked up and available products

shopping local beats online. Home depot isn't really either. A more local store like chinook lumber always beats in quality and almost in price. I usually go there if i have time. I encountered a beautiful team in Connor in paint and Rachel at checkout. Hopefully they remain friends for a long time, they are great together.

Thank you to the employee Ian for helping us yesterday buy a grill, we really appreciated all the help that they provided us. There was another cashier at the self checkout that helped as well. The only thing that seemed not great about the experience was that they seemed understaffed. Understandable on the weekend but I hope they get more help because it seemed like other employees were stressed.

I came to the garden greenhouse and I couldn’t decide which plants to establish in my garden. I saw this gentleman named Zach, who works in the garden department and he was watering the plants. He asked me how I am doing and i told him I am ok. He also asked me if there’s anything he can help me with. I told that I need to find the right plants for my garden. He asked me specific and simple questions like if there’s full sun or part sun and part shade, do I want perennial plants or annual plants. I told him I want a full sun perennial plants. He point out what kind of plants that I need. I picked the dahlias, which is my favorite. Zach has been very kind, patient and very understanding. He also asked me if I’m interested in garden soil. He pointed out the right soil I need and he explained specifically why I needed. I am very thankful for Zach, being very helpful, giving good information and being very enthusiastic. Also, I want to thank Zach for watering the plants. I was at Lowe’s in Monroe and they don’t water the plants like Zach does. Please praise Zach for keeping the plants alive. Bless him!

Rude cashier. His name is An. We waited at self check out for over 5 minutes without any acknowledgement. He finally came over and I said there are already items on the screen and it needs to be cleared, he said “so?” It wa so rude. I asked him his name and he only pointed to his apron several times. He never told me his name. No full service cashiers available, only this one rude man.

My wife and I on 9 acres in issaquah and run a YouTube channel called fox holler Homestead. On Homestead we are consistently dealing with new projects so we always need a reliable place that can help us along this path! I have been going to the specific location for quite some time now and literally every time I go in there I am always greeted and always helped with any project I have going at the time. I have slowly began building relationships with a few of the employees so every time I enter, I see another smiling face and great conversation along with the help and answers to questions I may have. Most recently, I dealt with a woman named Sarah Ann in the flooring department. Sarah was literally the nicest most patient, helpful person, during our shopping experience, and honestly went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed! Even having the patience to deal with my rambunctious, eight-year-old!! Lol If y’all have never been to this location, I highly recommend!

John was so efficient to what was needed for jungle gym installation.He saved me time and frustration to finding products needed and is knowledgeable in products installation. Thank You John

Rick V in appliances was super helpful in putting together the right package and in following up on delivery details. Also, Kristi was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Their is a gaping unmanned 30 foot open door without anyone to stop shoplifters no checkstands, no employees. And no employees this makes the store unsafe!
