Store was clean, products easy to locate, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and helpful.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE AND EXPECT ANY HELP LIFTING ANYTHING OR GETTING HELP PUTTING STUFF IN YOUR TRUCK AS THE GENERAL MANAGER WILL TELL YOU HE HAS RO GO TO LUNCH AND DOES NOT HAVE THE TIME, WHILE ON THE COMERCIAL LOADING SIDE YOU SEE 1 PERSON LOADING FLATBED TRAILER AND 3 (YES 3 AND IN ONE TWO THREE) OTHERS JUST STANDING THERE WATCHING YOU STRUGGLING WITH CART AND USING FORE ARM CRUTCH TO WALK.

Neat and clean, all but 1 employee was very helpful. It took awhile to find someone to help us. Once we made it to the checkout Lauren was great. Cedric loaded our truck. My husband is handicapped due to a stroke last year. Cedric did a great job with a great attitude. We found everything we needed.

We shop this store for both personal and business needs. We find the store organized and the associates friendly and willing to help with any item necessary. We have also used their installers for counter tops in our kitchen remodel with great success and an awesome outcome. We highly suggest you give them a try. For commercial customers their pro desk is awesome, offering competitive pricing and will take good care of your needs.

My shopping experience is always one that I look forward to. The service/assistance is always above and beyond, the people are customer friendly and are eager to assist. I feel as though I am part of the Home Depot family each time I enter/exit through the doors. I would like to thank this one cashier in particular (Ms. LASHANDA)or being all that I described and more.

The sales associates were not knowledgeable or helpful. Have had one good experience at this location and a young lady made that happen.

This store does not carry everything that you would find in say Memphis or Nashville. Therefore, you will end up going to multiple stores to get everything you need. Oh, and good luck finding someone to check you out.

I love to go to Home Depot...I always head to the paint department to say hello to John. He knows about every department in the store and he is always interested in whatever project I am working on.. Today I met another sales associate I would highly recommend. Her name is song. She greeted me sweetly and asked of I needed help....and then she helped me!!!!!! Cheerfully!!!! I know from many years of experience that the better stores have the friendlier sales folks....Home Depot also has nice wide aisles and pretty displays.

This home depot is an hour from us but the closest to our home. We are updating our kitchen and the help we received from Wanda was worth the drive. The customer service was excellent! To make sure our backsplash was all the same die lot, the amount we needed was ordered and everything we needed for our project was set up on will call so that when the tiles come in we can come back in one trip to pick up all the materials we needed for our project and save us on time and gas driving back and forth. We really appreciated that kind of thoughtfulness!
