Steve and his team run a tight ship, always clean, organized, and in stock availability is second to none.

Came in, found what I needed including an item I thought I would not be able to find 3 days before Christmas. Was greeted by at least 3 employees, I was only there a few minutes! Louise checked me out by the return area which saved me many steps and grunts, explained the warranty steps and made me feel appreciated! Everyone acts like they want to be there!! Terrific!

We needed a new washer and dryer. Both employees Robin and Debbie helped us through all the tough decisions and made us feel quite comfortable with the purchase. It's great to be treated like a neighbor rather than just a customer.

Rolling work bench/ drawers were on sale at a good price lower than competition. One unit was put in my truck by Home Depot and check out fast. Delivery was another bigger unit that was put together saving me time and money. Delivery on time and delivery people called ahead to advise of ETA.

Excellent service in paint department and Service desk. Very helpful and cordial. Also good advice provided regarding products in paint dept.

Tim, in the tool rental area was great. He took the time to review what I needed for my project and provided some great recommendations.

Deb B was very helpful and friendly and informative. With the customers in front of us as well as me and my husband. She quickly and efficiently assisted multiple customers and showed us a quicker way to insert cash and pay for my order with multiple bills. Then wished us a blessed day. Need to get more annuals and different, more unique varieties of flowers. And more varieties and have it by the truckload.

I contracted with this store for a whole house carpet install. Problems centered around the install. Installation was scheduled for Tuesday, 4/20, with the crew scheduled to arrive between 11-2. We were assured the crew would be able to handle the job. Received a call about 9:30 that day that the install had been moved to the next day. Not good as this meant another day of living out of boxes. The next day the crew of 2 arrived about 1:00 pm for an 8 hour install. At 8:45 pm I found myself helping them put furniture back so they could get finished. This is definitely not the level of service I expected from Home Depot. Felt the install crew did a good job working in an impossible situation. Scheduling was bad, communication was bad. Would not recommend Home Depot. We went to Home Depot to avoid this sort of service, instead this is what we got. No reason for this except lack of follow up, lack of planning, and lack of concern for their customer.

This store has some great helpful employees and some very rude and not so helpful employees. I have had to listen to two cashiers discuss the currant tv show that they were binge watching, no concern or attention was given to me and I had to wait on them to finish this non-related work conversation. As a customer I consider this to be extremely rude! All I wanted to do was be checked out and on my way. I was not interested in their dramatic binge watching conversations! It would be nice if you taught your employees some decorum and some polite behavior while they are attending their customers!

Always a good experience. People who work there are always so helpful. We drive 16 miles from Ellijay to shop at this store, we like it that much.

If you are looking for laminate flooring and need assistance, talk to Jeff Mote. He is extremely helpful and will steer you in the right direction.

Everytime I shop there ( at least once a week) everyone is helpful and respectful. If one person does not know what I am referring to someone else always seems to be right there to take me directly to the product I need. Sometimes I have no idea what I need and someone always shows me and I am satisfied. It’s always neat and clean.

Friendly associates and great customer service

I was having trouble getting a refund. An appliance I ordered online was to be shipped through the Macedonia OH store. I inadvertently used the delivery location as my billing address and the refund was made available in Ohio, not Georgia. After several attempts to straighten out with Customer Support, I went to the Refunds Counter in Jasper GA. Dylan made several calls while I was there and called several times to report his progress. Thanks to Dylan, the refund was just processed.

This is a great store. If we can't find what we need, or something is out of stock, the Associates are quick to check for us when it will be back in stock or if we can get it faster on line. We appreciate the store managers who have been very helpful when we have had issues with product we purchased that had issues. The store Associates always have a friendly. They always display a good attitude and sound genuine when they ask "How can I Help".

If you are looking to buy appliances I would highly recommend talking to Kelly in the appliance center at the Home Depot in Jasper. My wife and purchased 3 appliances late one evening. The store was closing; yet, Kelly answered every question like time was not an issue. I am sure there are other good sales people - but Kelly did everything right and made the purchase more enjoyable.

My wife and I wanted a new toilet for our guest bathroom. We found exactly what we wanted, it was available in store and on sale. We both love to shop there! Two employees went way over and above what was necessary to help us.

Store is clean, well stocked, & staff is always friendly & helpful.

The staff at this location make the customer feel like they are important to the store. They show respect and go out of their way to help and make sure all needs are taken care of. GREAT STORE

NICE EMPLOYEES AND VERY HELPFUL

Employee Finley, a young lady in the garden shop provided "EXCEPTIONAL" service. A lady in front of me was VERY rude to her for NO reason. Immediately, after helping her, Finley greeted me with a smile (even with her mask on) and went above and beyond to help me pick out flowers and helped me load them into my car. I couldn't have asked for better service. I apologized for the lady in front of me, Finley simple said, "it is ok, you never know what someone else is going through". Our world needs more young people like her, this young lady made my day! Keep smiling Finley!

The staff at this store are so helpful to novice Do It Yourselfers! Never make you feel inadequate! That alone is so much appreciated! Smiles and helpful hands. Thank you
