How refreshing is it to get Fantastic Customer Service when you're looking to purchase a gift for your parents?!! I live in NY, my parents live in Indiana,, we do a lot of business with Home Depot do I decided to call the Jasper Store, had my dad pick out olan outdoor furniture set they liked, I called the employee Nick that assisted my dad and he helped me over the phone with the entire transaction, even picked out an area rug to go with it for me! Nick was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He followed up with a text when everything was done- Fantastic Customer Service by Nick at Home Depot in Jasper IN!

The store is always filled neat and clean. customers are knowledgeable helpful and greet you..

Sometimes hiring great attitudes makes the difference.

Every employee I encountered acknowledged my presence with a greeting and was very friendly. Customer service was excellent.

Have nothing bad to say about this store or exp. Went looking for an item that was out of stock and Jose L. one of the Sales Specialist jumped in to help out and ensure I was squared away and taken care of. Great interaction, super friendly and professional, and we the extra miles to ensure I was able to get the item i was seeking.

Took forever to order in store. I was rescheduled for delivery 4 times before my client canceled the order. I lost money and time dealing with incompetence.

Was able to get everything I needed to install my hot water heater and one shopping spree

The employee Hazel is a really friendly like the rest of the staff. I will continue to go to this store because of employees like her!

It was easy to find what I needed with the big signs in alley.

If tou need help, ask Bob in flooring, he is very helpful.

I have been a cardholder since 2011, I always get excellent service at your Jasper store. Have ordered several special items through your customer service and always received great results. The 10% discount coupons also really help. Keep up the good work!

I've recently been doing some Home remodeling. I've made many trips to the Jasper Home Depot. It is one of the best Home depots that I've been in. Very friendly associates. Very clean and well stocked also.

Excellent service, was greeted at the door. Jo Jo helped us with our list until we found everything we needed...she also showed us how to buy items that actually save us money.... Excellent service!!!!

I needed a hook to hang something with. They helped me find the hook section and made a great suggestion.

The woman at the pro desk is incredibly mean. Upon my arrival I could already see how she was going to treat me based on her eye roll. Then she continously interrupted me as I tried to explain why I was there. Once I explained to them that I needed some locks re keyed, she asked me why hadn't I already grabbed the locks? Luckily a gentleman jumped in and told me what locks I needed because it had to be specific. Then I asked how long it would take and before the gentleman could answer the lady said he was busy and it would take 20 to 25 minutes. The gentleman kindly explained areas of interest for me to go see while I waited. And as the procedure was done the lady mocked me for my color of door knows I picked out. Very upset with my experience.

Thier are a few helpful associates here however the number of those that dont care is far greater. the ideal of customer service and trying to help has in my opinion dwindled to almost none existence. If you wish to save time and frustration order online and have it ready for you.

We shop here often. It is close and always has what we need at a reasonable price. All the employees have been overly helpful and polite.

Stay away from Evansville indiana go to Jasper. Its great!!!

This is the CLEANEST store I've been into and very well organized.

The staff was very helpful and polite helping my wife finally pick out an exterior front door and storm door. Took 3 yrs to do so but the staff at the home depot got it done on the first visit. Very thankful for all the help.

We needed to order some windows and the person that helped us I think his name was Jay, took his time to ask questions for what we needed and made sure that all of our questions we answered.

We purchased a washer/dryer combo. Associates were knowledgeable and helpful with our questions, as well as helping us to get our best deal.
