I am a 66 yr old female that had a horrible experience on 09/05/20 @ 07:13AM. I am replacing 38 deck boards and have visited this store on 3 different occasions in the last 2 weeks for my project that my neighbor and son were doing on my deck. I am going to focus on my last visit to buy treated pine of 1o of 38 boards of 2x6x8. I flagged down an older gentleman to assist me and I stated I needed help selecting boards that are too heavy for me to lift at around my head level to inspect for warping, rough edges and knots at the ends and any gouging during the milling process. He was happy to do so but some of the lumber was to the back of the shelf so he retrieved a yellow 3 step scaffold type steps to elevate himself to reach the lumber. He then flagged down a femake, around 35-40 yrs old, long brunette and he told her I wanted to see both sides of the boards and the ones I didn't want to put off to the side. I was to purchase 10 . After about 3 boards this female employee started rolling her eyeballs in disgust, had negative body language and proceeded to tell me in a snarky tone that all trees have knots, they are trees! I told her ..I know that and I am not looking for knots at the very ends of board or edges as they tend to rot there 1st. I had already selected 4 boards and had 5 to go. Then she turned over another board the gentleman handed her and it had black mold growing on it and I told her no I don't want that board and she said.lthats because it's wet..I told her I didn't want it. I selected one more border which was the very last board in that bundle. Then both said that's all there is. I said there is more up above and both refused to sell me any of the product because they were to imposed upon to do their job of selling me product that is CLEARLY ON THE SHELF TO BE SOLD! THEY COULD HAVE GOTTEN A FORKLIFT AS SURELY HOME DEPOT HAS THE TOOLS AND MACHINERY TO DO THE WORK BUT IF THE WORKERS REFUSE TO DO THEIR JOB THAT PRODUCT THEN STAYS ON THE SHELF AND IF THIS IS TOO MUCH WORK FOR THIS FEMALE EMPLOYEE TO DO AT HOME E DEPOT..MAYBE WORKING AT STARBUCKS WOULD BE BETTER SUITED FOR HER! I THEN FELT PRESSURED TO COMPLETE MY PROJECT BY SETTLING FOR 4-5 OF THE BOARDS I DIDN'T WANT! I won't bother with telling you about the lack of customer service of my 1st visit 2 weeks ago!

I shop this Home Depot often and it is always clean and well stocked, and the customer service is always well above other stores I have shopped.

This store has some great and efficient employees. They were very accommodating and gave us terrific service. We did experience one rude customer service manager, but all the other employees made up for that.

Customer service poor, was told we would have help loading retaining wall bricks, waited around for that to happen. Got no help at all

Brian B. was a lot of help selecting the right evap cooler and the day after the additional parts we needed. He further went to the register to be sure the rebate and discounts were applied correctly. We will be back for sure. Thank you Brain.

I love my Jefferson County Home Depot store. The associates are always great and helpful.

This location in particular and Home Depot generally are well stocked, store is clean, and everybody is helpful. My pro tip is get the app to locate items. Still, every time I ask an associate, no matter which location I am at, the associate can tell me the exact location of what I am looking for. Did a return today and it was painless and fast. Only concern is sometimes its hard to spot an associate-might come up with a way to page someone via the app. Also, maybe the app can be resource for answering the technical questions about specific questions. Home Depot is my go to home improvement store.

Everything I needed was very easy to find. The employees were very helpful. The cashier, Joseph, was one the most patient, friendly young man and provided the best service in making sure I purchased exactly what I needed. Joseph went above and beyond! Everyone was making sure the store was clean and the check outs were sanitized.

This was my first adventure to a store since the end of February because of Covid-19. Great experience! The store required everyone to wear masks. Lines were clearly marked as to what direction everyone should move in to get around the store. The help was outstanding. Stayed 6 feet back but answered questions.

This is the worst store in existence. I would recommend that you use a different vendor for home improvement needs.

in spite of this store being 30 minutes away from us we will always visit this store as our experience has been great there. Jason was an employee that went above & beyond to help us with a most frustrating product defect and made sure we left with a totally satisfying experience. their store was clean, staff was helpful, and quick to reach out to help. Kudos to Jason especially.

The store and employees are terrific my issue is with product advertisements. I wanted a Maytag dryer I seen advertised, went online to order it says out of stock. My wife and I went to our neighborhood store tried to have them order it but was told could not be ordered; we had to order a more expensive model and yet a week later still seeing the model listed online and on TV. I really wanted that model as I don't need to control the dryer with my phone.

This store has gotten my paint color wrong on 3 different occasions. Upon rectifying the situation the first time, they failed to note the changes to the formula causing subsequent trips and colors to be incorrect. When bringing my paint back, the costumer service manager proceeded to talk about poorly about me to the sales associate who messed up the paint to begin with. He also rolled his eyes at me and was more concerned with ordering food than actually helping solve the problem. I will never shop in this store again.

The items that I came to the store to purchase were in stock. The personnel was friendly and had great customer service skills

If you need help in garden, Mike Jones is the manager who will assist all your needs and questions. He is very knowledgeable in regards to his department. Jason the manager on duty is extremely helpful, accommodating and truly interested in you and your needs. Highly recommend this location over all the others.

Most Home Depot stores are the same- some better than others. Jana in customer service / returns is outstanding and wanted to give her a shout out. Despite the amount of people waiting for returns and the phone ringing non-stop, she was so pleasant, actually listened and gave great customer service. Thank you Jana!

The sales people were especially polite and customer friendly. They helped me locate the washer that I needed and to place an order. I was very impressed with the service.

This store continues to be above average in terms of available stock on hand, as well as the very friendly and knowledgeable employees. I could drive to another store that is closer, but choose to go to this store because it is clearly superior to others in all respects.
