Needed help with a shower door and were lucky enough to find Roxanne. She is caring, competent and responsible. She also became our guide through customer service and passed us off to two great cashiers- Sandra and KC. Store is clean, organized and well located but the employees make it special

Was directed to exactly what I was looking for, saving me a lot of steps. Help at self check by David, saved me 25.00 by applying for the Home Depot card. Great experience.

I needed to have a duplicate key made and found an employee named Jamari. He was kind and knew what he was doing. He made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Home Depot needs more team members like Jamari!

excellent store with very humble , kind and active staff who always are ready to help you. excellent return policy products are always in new condition. you can also customise your thing like paint ( if you want small container no need to buy a big box for it, simply ask the staff to pack a small box for you) , wood (also they cut the wood for you if you want small size) etc.

David at store 4722 in Kent, Washington was by far the best at delivering top quality customer service that I’ve dealt with in years! Unwilling to let us leave unsatisfied, he exhausted every avenue to help us achieve our goal in finding the correct Dremel accessory! Give this man a raise!

Store employees (for the most part) are very unfriendly, a few of the cashiers at the self check will actually take the time to greet you, the store never has sufficient stock and is generally dirty, park at your own risk in the parking lot and watch out for the people stealing. Only good thing, no one checks and or cares about mask enforcement.

Lance was amazing help, and he ended up giving me something better than what I came looking for, at the same price. Loved it.

I routinely shop at home depots all over, but at the Kent location the customer service reps start every interaction in a negative manner as if they have a chip on their shoulder. I don't really understand the attitude since most all of my transactions are really very simple but I can always count on a bad time every time I know I will have to stop by the customer service desk.

The past three months I have been buying from Home Depot to fix up my home and the experience has ben exceptional. I had several people help me from start to finish. The designer helped me pick out items. The associates helped me lift and move the items and put it on the truck. The manager was great. I had great experience in general. I would recommend a visit to this store for all your home improvement needs.

I want to give a 'shout out' to Rosy and Lee - both recently and over the last few months of my remodel - these were both great people - attentive and helpful

I was looking to buy a can of WD40 for my husband but couldn't find it. I ask this man, Caucasian and maybe in his 50's-60s if he could help me find it. He the gave me attitude and said "it's right there ma'am on your left" I said "I got it thank you sir" as I was walking further down the aisle he yells "MA'AM ITS RIGHT THERE ON YOUR LEFT THE BOX RIGHT ON THE FLOOR DO YOU SEE IT" I then continued to say "Okay sir I got it", right after he then proceeded to mumble under his breath and walk away very annoyed with me. If you do not like your job or don't want to do your job, please don't let it out on the customers and please do not work at a place where customer service is valued. This is disappointing because I have never had a bad experience with Home Depot for 15 years up until now. Please talk to your employees on how to treat others.

Employees are great, after purchase CS poor from management

We came in for large purchase and home projects. Sara in appliance was so helpful and detailed. David the cashier is always super fun and nice.

So often, you go into big box stores and it seems like the employees try to avoid interaction. Not at the Kent Home Depot! My husband and I stopped in for a couple of things and were greeted multiple times and asked if we needed assistance. I purchased my entire kitchen remodel in 2017/2018 from this store because of the assistance I received and the overall good vibe that comes from this store. Keep up the great work!

I like Home Depot because it is very close to my home and easy to get to. There are special parking spaces for veterans, honoring those who deserve our honor. I love browsing the tools and finding the things I need. The employees are friendly and fun to talk with. Usually, I find exactly what I need.

TODAY I CAME BACK HOME WITH $25.00 SAVINGS ON MY PURCHASE. A VERY FRIENDLY SALES GUY (DAVID) MADE THIS HAPPEN. ITEMS WERE EASY TO LOCATE, WELL PRICED AND OF GOOD QUALITY.

No one was manning the check outs,forcing a "Customer" to self check is not acceptable. Shall not return and will look for alternates to shopping at Home Depot

This store has some of the rudest workers, never have good stock of materials we need for commercial construction
