Not happy with customer service. Wanted to buy windows and doors.

This store is always well stocked, tidy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Will be returning often.

My husband and I shop often at Home Depot in Kingman, Arizona. The staff is wonderful and the service is outstanding.

I bought some 4 inch OG rain gutter for a emergency repair on my house and it did the job, and it was reasonably priced.

Tracee at the customer service desk was extremely helpful today! She was very patient with us and answered all our many questions to the best of her knowledge, which was abundant!

There’s so much merchandise in the aisles you can’t push a cart through the store. Store is messy and in chaos and the manager is an arrogant fool who told me he doesn’t care about his customers! I spend over $150,000 a year at this location.

Most of what I needed was there and easy to find with the helpful staff encounted.

Why do us veterans have to have a smartphone to get the 10% discount, we have a valid ID card should that not be enough? I am a disabled veteran and it is on my ID card , I can't afford a SMART PHONE

Seen store manager unpack holiday items directly to his relatives cart and check out! Very unprofessional. The store is full of carts in every isle, can't get around comfortably with carts. The cashiers were very friendly and apologetic over us running into crap in the middle of the isles.

The employees that I encountered were amazing. I can't remember their names one employee worked in lumber he saw me waiting for someone to help me, he went and found someone for me he was so polite I appreciated that. The employee who came to help me with buying a wash machine, he was knowledgeable, informative patient and polite all the things that a customer misses these days, Thank You Sirs

As I stated in My survey, it would be great if you would update the credit card machines to accept cards from our smart phones. Otherwise, I appreciate the Home Depot store here in Kingman Az.

The employees who consistently make my Home Depot experience wonderful include Chelsea, Levi, Josh, Matt the lot attendant, Matt and Todd. Omar, the supervisor, also provided a wonderful experience for me as well.

Alan was very helpful and professional assisting me in finding the correct product I was looking for.

My experience tonight was one that I truly enjoyed. Sheri in plumbing, and Kailee at the SCO were very helpful knowledgeable and friendly. Kudos to their department heads for having such wonderful employees

We are in the store several times a month and 99% of the time it is easy to find an employee to help or answer questions. If they can't they find somebody that can.

Staff was very helpful in describing features and assisting in making a selection for the purchase of a gas bbq

the rental department is the worst of all the Home Depot s I have worked with .Itried for over a week to rent a backhoe was told to call 2 times each day not back the first call at 7 am then it was rented out again at 9 am . they would not hold it for me or call me and put me in line to rent it each time it came back,even with a credit card to hold

We purchased a set of bottom mount sliders on today's purchase. I wish there were somewhere on the display or on the packaging that told weight capacities.

Do not buy! The dryer does not have a light in it-dark gray drum. I regret buying the Samsung washer and dryer. Samsung computerized washer-find something else. Cannot change water level for more water-lid locks-if You try and change different cycle, it empties.
