This store is super good. A lady by the name of Sandra helped me for about 3 hours to fix my order and the issue was resolved once she was done. I’m new in Florida and she made me and my family feel welcome. Thanks to her we are having a washer dryer refrigerator stove and dishwasher delivered today. For reasonable prices. Definitely recommend this store

Associates were not practicing aocial distancing. Cashier too busy sitting on the register playing on his phone, no greeting when coming in or leaving. Poor instock in the garden center

COVID-19 procedures were extremely maneuverable unlike your St Cloud store which is a disaster ! I didn’t mind driving the extra 10 miles to be able to get what I needed and move through the store easily! Store was neat clean well staffed with knowledgeable and friendly associates

Home depot is the best place to get your home needs for whatever improvement you need for your home or yard.

Eileen, the cashier/customer service representative, went out of her way to check several departments to see if my item was there. She held the items at the customer service area like I had requested so that it would be ready for me when I walked in. She did a great job!

Great store and Great customer service. Shelves are always stocked and if an item is NOT available, Assistance is always there for you.

Heather is an example of what a retail associate should be. Outstanding customer service in the face of a adverse problem created by others that caused distress for new home owners like my wife and I. However instead of sending us away Heather completely took over and solved our problem in a satisfactory way. Employees like her should be seen as a treasured commodity.

Home Depot is always my first and last choice for all of my hardware choices.
