Overall great store & great customer service!

I find my Kitty Hawk Home Depot to be extremely friendly and helpful at every turn. Their rental department is top notch and the service desk is ready to help at a minutes notice. Thank you all for a fine job and keeping a very clean and well stocked store. My needs are met and exceeded on every visit. A real pleasure to shop at the Kitty Hawk Home Depot. See you all very soon. Thank you again.

This store does not enforce it's "requirement" to wear face masks. Apparently they don't abide by Dare County requirements.

I have shopped at this store and their local competitor and find myself preferring Home Depot consistently for having what I need and pricing.

This is the most well organized and professionally run HD store I’ve ever visited on the east coast.

The store was well organized so I could easily find items I sought out. The staff is always friendly when I go there and are quick to notice if I need help. It is my hope that during the COVID pandemic that the staff is making a livable wage as they are doing a great job in these difficult times. I look forward to starting my bathroom remodel projects in March 2021! Thank You!

The staff are experienced and knowledgable and ask if you need help. I love going there and they never disappoint me and they always seem happy I came.

I bought the Dewalt free battery promo on on 11/30/20 a black friday deal where you get a free dewalt tool if you buy the batteries. I wanted the jig saw but there was none in stock. Employee told me they were out. I asked if they could give me a rain check or order one for me, she denied that also. I really wanted the jig saw but now I have a saw zaw because that's all they had left other than drills and impacts that I already have.

The Kitty Hawk location was clean, friendly and it was a joy to shop there! Our appliance specialist was Nancy Curren and she was outstanding!!

The store has a large stock of items and friendly people to help you find that item you need or what area you can find it..

There's a fellow I know only as "TOM" who is in the plumbing department at the Kitty Hawk, NC store. Most accommodating, friendliest sales associate I've ever worked with. He goes out of his way to make sure you get what you need. I've worked on a couple of unusual problems, and I get them fixed every time!! If you're on the Outer Banks and need plumbing supplies..go see "TOM". He really know his stuff.

Went in to get holiday yard decor and was helped TWICE by 2 nice people who saved us time AND money. I do not live near this Home depot store but they certainly made it worth the trip!

This store dose not enforce proper protocol for Covid 19. They let people in the store without wearing a mask putting everyone else in there at risk.

We have been in twice in the last two weeks buying NUMEROUS items for the renovation of our beach house. On both occasions we worked with Brittany Field. She was a DREAM to work with; knowledgable and professional but also VERY personable which made our shopping experience very enjoyable! We look forward to working with her again next fall for the next round of home renovation projects!!

Your pro desk employees are incredible! Christine, Corinna, Daniel, Carter, Opal and Glenda treat me like family. I’ve been coming to your store for years and the way that they make me feel important is something that you can’t find anywhere else. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. They are always ready to assist me in my project needs but at the same time we laugh together, making what is sometimes very frustrating for a contractor, a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I was looking for something very specific and the website said it was available in the store. When I went in however, it was not available. Crystal made sure I was able to get what I needed at a great price. I was then able to finish my project that day instead of having to wait a week for something to be shipped to the store.

They were polite and efficient.

If you ever need help with lighting, electrical, fasteners, or need an associate who is anxious to help you find a solution to the smallest job (like hanging an exterior porch light you bought at a Yard Sale without the screws and install hardware) look for Kip. He works full time, and is so helpful. Not only that, he goes the extra mile to walk you to another area of the store to make sure you find what you need. He's a good reason to take a few extra minutes to drive a few extra miles up the road. I think I'm a convert to orange! Thank you Kip!!

We have purchased products from Home Depot in Kitty Hawk since the store opened in 2003. This drove local price gauging way down and provided great savings to our construction company (an example - pneumatic finish nails were per $20 box more at another small store. We built a house using 99% materials from Home Depot with the exception of one specialty item. This store has a consistency in excellent management and great staff - always friendly, outgoing, and willing to help; no matter the change-over, there's always great staff on hand. The store is one of the cleanest and most organized. Supplies are organized in an efficient manner, restrooms are very clean, curbside covered loading and assistance has been a great help.

Pro desk employees, Christine, Corinna, Opal, Daniel, Carter and Glenda always greet me with a smile, always ready to assist me and are extremely knowledgeable about the store and it’s products. They always make me feel welcome. It is always a joy to deal with the pro desk at the Kitty Hawk location

your one star is cause of Tammy in hardware ! very unprofessional and rude woman who has worked there for many years ! how is she still there !? who are you to deem whats essential and not . the items i was purchasing was for a customers order i was finishing
